“This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. “I came across this place when looking for local places to eat in Ozark. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Our dog was allowed to join us on the patio - definitely a huge plus - IYKYK. The pulled pork was very good and juicy. The sides A+. I got the potato salad and broccoli salad. My husband got the cole slaw. They were made different than what we are use to but tasted great nonetheless. I am sure we will be back before we leave to go home.“

“The BEST spot in Springfield! Everything I’ve ever had is amazing…Italian Farm or Local Goat salads, both chicken salads are favs. My husband loves the Reuben or the prime rib sandwich. Tim & the staff are wonderful, & it’s such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which were essentially the same thing, but one having a bun and one in a tortilla wrap. Having said that, the food was very good. Excellent flavor, not too spicy, and tender chicken. Both came with fries which were good but nothing over the top. Our server was very kind and helpful, being this was our first time here. I only wish I had gotten her name. The menu seems to be various ways to eat chicken strips/nuggets, but there are many items to choose from. We definitely plan on going back to check out more of their offerings. Our bill was $21 without drinks.“

“We ate at the Olive Garden on west Sunshine and our server was Dontay. I have to say, that was the best service me and my girlfriend have ever had. Between Dontay and Courtney there was great food, lots of laughs and great conversation. We will definitely be going back and will ask to get the same server.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“First time trying Zaxby’s and I’ll definitely be back! The chicken strips and sauces all outdo the competition. Service was prompt and friendly, the place was really clean, and the building inside and out is nicely done.“

“I've never ate at a Zaxby's before and always wanted to try one unfortunately there are no Zaxby's where I live. I got a chance to finally try it and it was everything I thought it would be and more. The food was great, the service was excellent and the establishment was clean. I have nothing bad to say about Zaxby's if I would suggest they need to built some of them in Omaha they would make a ton of money if they did.“
