“Pls note: TAKE OUT ONLY, NO DINE IN.Our food, although not super authentic was for the most part, very good.It seems that the menu is a mixture of creativity, Japanese and Chinese components.Do not go expecting Chinese food that you have eaten elsewhere...this version has it's own spin. The best of our dinner was the Egg Foo Yung...in St. Louis the patties are similar but the gravy is very different. Usually the gravy is dark, rich, and smothers the egg patties. This version of sauce is light, has a curry taste and is a perfect sauce to the foo yung, it was served on the side. The beef lo mein was delicious and the beef slices were tender and very tasty. The cashew chicken was interesting. It was a deep fried chicken patty that was chopped into pieces, covered in a "Springfield" sauce and just a few pieces of toasted cashews. We also ordered the crab rangoon & cold garlic noodles. The noodles are garlicky and totally delicious, my grandson loves them.My favorite is the Walnut shrimp, fried shrimp, w/chunks of pineapple and a light mayonnaise type sauce. All in all, a solid B dinner, we'll be back again soon.“

“It was a nice little place. Not a lot of room for a big variety but what they had was good. We went on Friday night and some of the dishes were almost empty. We asked if they were bringing more and was told Yes, 2 minutes. The hostess was almost running at times and relaying what needed filled. They kept bringing fresh pans out frequently. Crab Rangoon was good. Not hard or chewy and had a lot of filling. They brought out a tempura sushi roll, sliced up. It was really good- better than the fried individual pieces. Staff was very attentive if everything was good, and if we needed more drink.“

“Out of town looking for a grocery store and Hy-Vee was close. Being from Texas, I'd not heard of Hy-Vee and considered going to the nearby Target. I'm so happy I chose to try Hy-Vee! When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help by a nice employee. We decided to explore the store for needed items for upcoming wedding. This store is immaculate and roomy! Aisles were wide and it was easy to locate what we needed due to good signage. On several occasions store employees asked if I needed help finding something. I did ask where the greeting cards were and expertly directed to their placement. The wine, beer and liquor selection was impressive! Specialty food items were provided in addition to generic brands. The fruit selection was fresh. Prices were very reasonable and many items were on sale. We didn't self check, as there were four checkers--and baggers--available. Smooth and quick checkout by a friendly checker. My only suggestion is to come to Texas! We could use a store like Hy-Vee! Well done! I wish I'd have taken pics of the inside to showcase cleanliness and layout. You'll have to try it for yourself. :)“
