“We had a great experience today at Jaudon Public House. The best cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time. It was so tender and juicy. The seasoned fries were crisp and piping hot. The onion rings were cooked to perfection! The onion flavor was sweet and tender. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had several staff members come out and ask how we were doing. We tried the fried donuts. Holy moly they were out of this world! If you’re looking for amazing reasonably priced quality food you should give them a try. Service was great as well. “Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. Thank you, Tristian for making my night SO much better.“
