“I go to the district frequently with my mom. The service is always on point. I went there last week and asked for their voodoo sauce for my chicken fingers (highly recommend it, it’s like a creamy Alfredo Cajun sauce). It was taking a while and I was wondering, where’s Cali (the bartender) it’s taking a while. She came back with the sauce and said “Sorry, we were out, but I made you a new batch.” That sums up the service I get there every time I go. The conversation is always great, drinks never empty, and quality and standard of food are high. I highly recommend the district to anyone in Harrisonville who is tired of the same old spots.“

“Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. Thank you, Tristian for making my night SO much better.“
