“Robin was super helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. She patiently waited for me to make up my mind, and offered suggestions for my wife. One of our drinks was only slightly different than we had hoped (both of us tried something new) and she without hesitation offered to remake it after asking how it was unsatisfactory. After the remake, it was perfect! We’re definitely coming back to this specific location in the future!

“Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Great pastries, delicious food and drinks. However our most recent visit we were given peanut butter cake pops. They weren't labeled at all. My daughter with a peanut allergy realized it after 1 bite thank goodness and with some Benadryl she's fine. I called after to confirm flavor and was told flavors rotate and to always ask what they were. They're not obligated to label peanut products but it would be nice if they did since it's a high allergen food :( They didn't even ask if she was ok. If you have allergies I would make sure to always ask and double check here.“

They also made their wedding cake and cupcakes for guests. So beautiful! They set up, bussed tables, took everything down and packed up leftovers for us. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. “I had arrived in an unpleasant mood, but they greeted and welcomed me. I felt very greeted and welcomed. I had ordered a grande black and white mocha ten pumps each, quad shot, with coconut milk steamed to exactly 190 degrees topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle… The baristas crafted my drink to perfection I have never been so satisfied with my drink. The chocolaty goodness with the slight bitterness of the espresso and the sweet sweet whipped cream danced around my taste buds like a waltz with a lover. I felt fulfilled once I had completed my beverage. Coming to this store is like coming home.“
