“Love this local coffeeshop! I recently had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and the hummingbird cake, Both were amazing!!“

“The soda dispenser wasn't working in the lobby on the day I was there but they were serving drinks from behind the counter. Took longer than normal to get my food and I had to go get it even though it asked for my table number when I placed the order and it was on the ticket.“

“I just had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. We used the new event space. We had plenty of room, it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Kathleen, she stayed in contact with me and help coordinate as needed. The food was awesome. The best chicken salad I've ever eaten for one, but everything was delicious and wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.“

“Probably the most attractively decorated bathrooms I’ve ever seen, may sound weird, especially being a prototypical male blue collar worker, but came cruising in during a good afternoon cold brew and was seriously impressed at the decor and vibe of the bathroom of all places 😂“

“Stopped by this afternoon with a friend to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. The inside is so unique, the coffee was delicious, but the real treat was Dalton. While waiting for a salad my friend asked Dalton for some tricks and tips with making latte art as she makes her own lattes at home and has been experimenting. He asked her what type of machine she was using and then went into detail about how to use the steamer properly, how long to steam the milk depending on the type of milk you’re using, and then he whips out a fresh shot, steams some milk, and then shows us how he does it! If you’re in the area or just passing through this is definitely the spot to go!“

“We have visited twice for the Babies & Brunch event. We have enjoyed both equally and are so glad to have found an indoor play space and an opportunity to get our daughter around other kiddos her age! The Babies & Brunch event is for littles 2 and under which is great and allows an easy going and low stress environment for parents since there isn’t the worry of the little ones being trampled by bigger kiddos. They have a play area designated for smaller babies, but it’s so nice they have free range of the space during these events!“

“The staff was friendly and appeared to know how to make the products as expected. I would say they may be too locked into process and overlook little ways to up customer service. Case in point, I I’m the only customer in the location picking up my mobile order. They know what my order is cause they asked after I stood at the mobile counter what I was waiting for. Figured out that the cup for my cold brew was placed by the dispenser and forgotten. Interestingly, they made the drink from about mid counter and rather than hand the drink to me over the counter at that time they proceeded down the counter to the mobile order pick up area, called it my name and proceed to place the drink in its designated location rather than hand it off to me directly across the counter. I will use this opportunity to again state I was the only customer in the location. A fact that I visually confirmed after witnessing this process first hand thinking maybe another customer had entered the location and this could be their drink… no one had and the conversation with me less than three minutes before that this was my drink. As a person who trains religiously in process I commend the efforts on getting the associate to recognize its importance. As someone who also has spent decades training on customer service, use this opportunity to also train on reading the room and taking advantage of the fact that the associate has already identified that the drink belongs to the only customer in the location. They have the customer’s name, and can now personalize the delivery experience by acknowledging the customer by name, handing the drink over where they’re at which at the time was near the food and use that opportunity to upsell a food item. “Hey have you tried the chocolate croissant yet? It’s one of my favorites. Particularly when I’m drinking my cold brew”

Again, functionally the staff did everything as trained and I was pleased with my service. Even the slight forgetfulness on my cup leading to a bit of a delay in getting my drink, they were apologetic and quick to resolve. Just acknowledging getting too locked into process can lessen the opportunity to enhance the customer experience and miss out on the ancillary sales“

“This was my first time trying Caribou Coffee, and I'm honestly pretty impressed with it. The food and drinks are way better than any other fast food café chain I've been to, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Service was also very fast, and the interior was very nice. It would be a great place to get some remote work done. ?“

“Today was my first time visiting scooters, I pulled in through their drive-thru and the kind girl, Danica on the microphone made sure if I had any questions she could help. I told her what I liked, what I didn’t like, and how I was feeling and she gave me some options. I ended up getting the black and white which she recommended blended and a cookie. I enjoyed the mocha and hot cookie and her service made it even better! Keep it up Danica!“

“HyVee catered my daughter’s wedding this last weekend and the food was phenomenal! The smoked chicken, brisket and all the sides were the best I think I’ve ever had. They also made their wedding cake and cupcakes for guests. So beautiful! They set up, bussed tables, took everything down and packed up leftovers for us. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. “I love getting my apple brown sugar blonde latte 5 extra shots no apple brown sugar 2 scoops of java chip light oat milk light soymilk light coconut milk light almond milk extra whole milk no foam extra hot Carmel drizzle mocha drizzle apple drizzle cinnamon powder cinnamon dolce powder brown butter topping no whip extra (and I mean extra) vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Everyone there is so nice they don't even mind when I watch them make the drinks I love it here.“

“Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Great pastries, delicious food and drinks. However our most recent visit we were given peanut butter cake pops. They weren't labeled at all. My daughter with a peanut allergy realized it after 1 bite thank goodness and with some Benadryl she's fine. I called after to confirm flavor and was told flavors rotate and to always ask what they were. They're not obligated to label peanut products but it would be nice if they did since it's a high allergen food :( They didn't even ask if she was ok. If you have allergies I would make sure to always ask and double check here.“

“Delicious coffee and the seasonal lattes are great! My favorites have been the lavender haze and grandma’s purse. My dogs love getting pup cups and visiting the ladies in the drive through. The biscuits and gravy and breakfast burritos are hearty and my husband’s favorite “Togo” breakfasts. the grilled cheese is an awesome deal with chips. I just wish I could get breakfast and lunch at the same time. You have to be there early if you want less common flavors like maple raised/unfilled - but I love that the glazed donuts are always BOGO free plus the mailer BOGO coupons work for any kind of donut. The parking lot is a little bit of a pain because people constantly enter the “exit only” parts in order to cut the drive through lane. If folks follow the signage then that wouldn’t be an issue. Not a lot of seating inside but going inside is best to see what’s left of the donuts and for drink choices in the cooler.“

“Was here today April 5th 2025 around 6:30 pm. Lindsey (hope I spell her name right) is so awesome! She got our drinks right! She is knowledgeable on her drinks and recommends other products in the store. She treats us with kindness and respect. She’s a great addition to this store and we just love her!“

“If you are looking for GREAT DONUTS, good friendly efficient service in a clean establishment, LaMars is the place to go. Not cheap, but good ingredients aren't cheap either.
We had been in town on family business and couldn't leave without a LaMars run!
We were delt with by friendly staff and in a clean store. We also observed the number of rather rude customers that the Staff of LaMars or any other establishment should have to deal with. I commend the Staff of LaMars for maintaining professionalism and kindness considering.“
