“I've been eating Sonic all my life, and being from the south it was always good. I saw a decrease in quality throughout the years. Especially once I got to St. Louis. But this location was actually pretty solid. The food was hot. One of the better Sonic burgers I've had in years. Frito chili cheese pie what's like how I remembered. “Absolute horrible experience the worst Taco Bell there is hands down 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru for 10:00 had to go to the window two more times to get them to correct the order and then was told to go to the door and park and wait for them to make these items the only take 50 seconds 20 minutes later items came to us again cold these people have no idea how to properly do their job in a professional manner they should not work here worst service and worst food in Branson“

“Ordered through the Taco Bell app, and the experience was seamless. The app was easy to use, and my order was ready in just 5 minutes. The restaurant looked clean, and the staff was friendly. I also liked the designated pickup area—it was nice to see my food ready and waiting. Best of all, my order was correct! Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Parking: Open parking and plenty of it. Also has handicap parking withwheelchair access accessibility.

“My wife and I ate lunch here with my Mother-in-Law. We split a foot long B.M.T. Sub toasted. We also each had two cookies and drinks. The food was very good. The service was excellent. This location has six tables with four chairs each along with four booths that each seat four customers.“

“Branson Subways should come see how a Subway should be operated. The food is fresh. Meatballs were hot and fresh, not burnt, not hard. The employees are happy and ready as you walk in the door. I think they actually like working here. No stupid rules with coupons, and prices start at 8.99 for a footlong.“

“Went in to get some Burritos and MC muffins. Buy 1 get 1 for dollar. I was charged 19dollars. Then I looked at receipt and noticed I was over charged. Then told cashier, she refunded me 9dollars on refund receipt, but only gave me 5dollars, showed receipt, said was wrong. Then got food and was not even hot and was missing cheese on the sausage MC muffins. To top it off, they had numerous orders from drive thru walk in due to wrong orders, missing food, customer ordered 2 diet cokes and got 2 bottle waters. This place is so disorganized, mismanaged, rude employees, managers are rude to customers, manager asks another, do we have any help, response was, no we don't. Tells customers, we don't have any more help, so be patient. I've worked public relations for 40yrs, this is no way to treat, talk to customers. They all need to be fired or hire new staff with ethics training.“
