“Second time here and was as good if not better than before. Their location has moved in the past year but it's not much further than it was before. We highly recommend the loaded hash browns. Their portions are big so if you aren't starving you could easily share. The service is always top notch too! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED“

“The food was decent. Nothing to write home about.\n\nSome in our group enjoyed fish and chips.\nThe pizza was eaten quickly.\nI was told the bison burger had a weird texture and only half was eaten.\nThe nachos consisted of about two bags of chips, 2 cups of congealed nacho cheese, a drizzle of bbq sauce, and maybe 1/2 cup of brisket. The remaining toppings we ordered on the side. Wouldn’t get them again. \n\nHowever, Jeremy, our server, was so polite, kind, understanding, and on top of things. Our entire group couldn’t stop talking about him and we made sure to let him know as well. If only every server could be like him!“

“This was one of the BEST dinner experiences my husband and I have ever had. And that’s saying something as we fine dine often. Our waitress, Naomi was very knowledgeable and Naomi’s service was Top Tier!! The steak and salmon were both excellent!! My compliments to the Chef!!“

“This place was amazing. Unfortunately we got there just after sunset but the atmosphere and Christmas lights were amazing. We were seated quickly and had an amazing server named Anthony. He was super knowledgeable about the Drinks and walked us through the whole menu and tended to us graciously. The food was absolutely delicious and hate great plate presentation. We will absolutely be coming back hopefully for the sunset next time!“

“Branson Cafe doesn’t believe in small portions. Ham steak, pancakes, home fries, biscuits and gravy….every plate comes out loaded and ready to work. And those cinnamon rolls? Big as your face and worth every bite. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you sit back, loosen your belt, and admit it was absolutely the right decision. If you leave hungry, that’s on you. 😎“

“This is far and away the best sports bar in town. Heck - they are pretty much my favorite place to eat, period! Their wings are the best ever - char-grilled, not fried or baked (as some mistaken reviewers have claimed. Everything is quite affordable, the service is beyond excellent, and the drinks are excellent! Do they get busy? Heck yes - and that's always a good sign! Do they occasionally have an off night? Doesn't every establishment? But do they respond to issues and take care of the situation? Absolutely! I often joke that this place is my own Cheers bar, as the staff is so good and know my name! If their food, drinks or service sucked, or was incredibly inconsistent, I'd never recommend them. But they are the best in town - and my first recommendation if someone wants a good place to watch a sporting event, they will always be my first choice to recommend!“

“We were in Branson June 1 - June 6 2025 . (From Nebraska) We absolutely love coming to Branson —- we came on June 1st which was our 34 th wedding anniversary , and Branson was our honeymoon destination 34 yrs ago . We absolutely love love love Branson and all the entertainment it offers and provides . We love all the restaurants in Branson for a selection of a wide variety of food . We have never at hero’s but chose to try it this time —- it did not disappoint what so ever we absolutely loved it the food was delicious so good it called us back for a 2nd time Within that week —- the first time we had their fried chicken —- which is always kinda a concern being away with not knowing if it’s going to be greasy or not as my husband has a touchy stomach with greasy food . We loved the fried chicken !!!!! Literally lived it non greasy and very tolerable and did not upset my husbands stomach —- it was again very impressive and delicious . Toward the end of our week we chose to go back to hero’s once again and we were once again very very pleased . The waitresses were so nice and so accommodating and it was just he best in atmosphere —- we would be extremely extremely sad if this place ever closed because it’s on our return list for our next return to Branson . Oh and did I mention the breaded corn it’s a hit it was so unique and so different and it was yummy!!! Thanks hero tastes and taps you have us as a return customer to hero’s . It’s highly recommended over and beyond in a 5 star!!!!“
“We stopped in over Thanksgiving weekend. It was busy but we were seated pretty quickly. Food was great (I had the chicken salad on croissant and my friend had the steak burger/fries and a shake). Friendly waitress, pleasant singer, we'll be back:)“

“Ate here while on weekend trip, and it was just what we needed. First, for being so busy at lunch during the weekend, the staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The food was very good as well- the quantity and quality. The milkshakes were thick, creamy, and delicious!“

“This was a fun place that the Littles and I enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They visited with the Littles and made some recommendations regarding the menu. The food was great! I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and it was delicious. Little Flip Out had a chili cheese dog and it was a hit. Littlest Flip Out had a kids burger and it was enthusiastically eaten as well. We really enjoyed the chili cheese tots. Upon the suggestion of one server, we ended up getting ice cream too. The Littles had twists in a cup, and I had a peanut butter shake, and they were great, too. Well worth the visit!“

“Food was good. Service was top notch! We had the pleasure of having Kenneth as our server and he went above and beyond. Best service we have ever received anywhere. He was so kind. He even left us a Happy New Years greeting on a card and it was so nice to read after we left the restaurant. I hope this guy is cherished as a worker there because they honestly can't do better than Kenneth. If mangaement reads this, tell him the card and words meant so much!“

“We had an excellent experience at The Lake House in Branson, Missouri. The service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our server was always checking in and made sure everything was perfect.
The pizza was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The vibe of the place was relaxed, fun, and inviting and perfect for a casual meal with our large family group. We played darts and all had a very fun time.
What really stood out was the attentive service and amazing food. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of, which made the experience even better.
If you’re in Branson and looking for great pizza, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, The Lake House is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“Had dinner there for the first time in 2 yrs. Night and day difference between visits. The food was excellent. Employees acted as though they care and want to be there. It was a great experience all around. What ever changes they made were exactly what this place needed. Highly recommend“
“This bar gets a 5 stars rating primarily because of Carolyn. She was the bartender working nights on the second night of our stay. She saved our vacation or at least made it so we didn’t have to go looking for another hotel. (See my review of the Thousand Hills Resort Hotel.) There were numerous problems with our room and we were getting nothing but lip service from the front desk. Late at night we were whining about it to Carolyn. She took the initiative to do something about it. She called the night maintenance man in to talk to us and he made sure the maintenance issue were addressed that night. I wish I could remember his name of the maintenance man as he deserves credit as well.“

“We sat outside with the beautiful views. I liked that it was screened in to keep any bugs at a minimum. The hamburger was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. My only complaint was the fries were lukewarm and a little blah. A little seasoning salt would have gone a long way. I works definitely go back“

“One of our favorite places to eat. We always visit here when we come back to town. Breakfast is our favorite but lunch and supper are great also. Very friendly staff, a lot of them have worked there for years, which shows that the enjoy their job.“
