I'm just sorry I can only eat there about once a month. My only complaint is the beans which are a bit runny. But that is only my opinion. The rice is some of the best I have eaten, while the food has the right amount of heat for me, not too spicy with good flavor.“

“We have been to Gaston’s many times and it is always excellent quality. Salad bar is soooo good! We went for the Mother's Day buffet today. We let them know my husband has Celiac, and they sent the chef out. He was incredibly accommodating. He talked to him about everything that was an option and the things that weren't. PLUS he personally made him-shrimp, chicken, green beans, & eggs Benedict. Walked him around the whole buffet letting him know what was safe, what wasn't, & what might have cross contamination. Top notch service and food.“
