Their turtle sundae is one of the best around, with rich, creamy custard topped with warm caramel, hot fudge, and perfectly toasted pecans. It’s the kind of treat that makes you forget the cold as soon as you take a bite. The staff is always so friendly, and every visit feels welcoming and quick no matter how chilly it is outside. If you haven’t been to Silky’s in a while, or you’re debating going because it’s winter, go anyway. It’s worth it every time.“

“I came in on Saturday and wanted the Crown Apple Cupcake. Unfortunately they were out in the case so I chose the Hazelnut one. When hearing me ask for that the gal in the front of the shop went to the back and they made me one specially. I didn't make a big deal or say anything but it was my birthday and this made my day! Eating it now after a couple days and it's so good!“

We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.
However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.
To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.
Overall, the cookies were fantastic, but a little more kindness at the counter would make the experience perfect!“

“I've been on a quest to find the best Sweet Tea for the last several years - and I've yet to find anything that tops Andy's! McCalister's... eat your heart out! I frequent this location to the point that most of the employees know my order already - speaking of the employees, they're all absolutely phenomenal. I came for the sweet teas, came BACK for the sweet teas and stayed for the awesome customer service.“

“We were happy because they had all the fresh toppings we wanted…including his banana 🍌! The other location had none! We walked in and loved how clean it was…..I was able to get my kiwi, strawberry mangos and Boba with gummy worms that I always love putting on top of my froyo! “This was absolutely amazing. The guy who runs it does both the Arabica Coffee shop AND Snow Factory (so the reviews that say no one was there are bogus because he was probably busy with a coffee order. Have patience. Its worth the wait!) and both were amazing.
We has the sunset which is banana and Nutella and holy guacamole. Creamy melt in your mouth perfect flavor combination greatness.
And as a side note. Coffee is better than Starbucks in my opinion. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy but you could still taste the espresso. So good! Can't say enough good things about these places!“

“Can't ever go wrong with cold stone quality Ice cream and cakes. BUT! I have been to cold stones across the US, including Hawaii, and lots of cold stones are losing their zest to sing all the fun songs. Which is OK. But its such a treasure finding a cold stone that still has the SPIRIT! To add, my kids and I were on a birthday trip away from home and my son wanted a cold stone cake. So we purchased one in store and intended to eat it there. And the whole of cold stone staff enthusiastically helped me sing happy birthday to my kiddo. It was memorable and so fun. Everyone who worked the evening of july 7th deserves a raise 🤣🙏❤️ or at least kudos ans recognition 🥰🎉🎉🎉“
