“Every single time I go to a Sonic. It is a gamble. However, this location was awesome! The onion rings weren't over breaded, and the sandwich was not just a smashed mess inside the bag. Hallelujah! Someone actually cares about what the food looks like! Make whoever did so well a model for the rest of your employees if they haven't already had that drilled into them! Thank you!“

“Everyone pretty well knows what you get when going to a McDonalds. The food at this location meets McDonald's standards. I have been here many times and I can say I have never had a bad experience. It would be worth your time to pay a visit when you get a chance.“

“Called this location to see if an order was still at their location for delivery. The order had been picked up already by another driver (aka stolen). This location offered to remake the order for me! I've NEVER had a restaurant offer to do that, unfortunately, the customer cxl on my way to them. This is great service in my book, thank you guys for offering!“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

“The most seasoned staff here are wonderful folks, the food is okay, i enjoy the Chili cheese fries and the chicken tenders, however, for the past few times I've been here, the chicken quality has gone down hill a bit and the price increased drastically, Seems counterintuitive to me.“

“My wife and I stopped in for the first time in a few years. We were seated after a bit of a wait. It is after all a Friday night in a shopping district. Our server was bright and cheery. She had a warming smile and happy persona. we placed our drink order. Shortly thereafter our food order was taken. I ordered a flat iron steak and a baker. My wife ordered soup and salad. Our dinner was served fairly quickly. Unfortunately my steak was quite a bit overcooked, so I requested one that wasn't over done. When the replacement steak was delivered, it was a bit overdone as well. I was hungry so I kept it. The manager came by to talk to us. I've spent time in a kitchen or two and I understand a dinner rush. The manager stopped at our table and wanted to assure us that this was not acceptable. She made things right, but wasn't needed or expected. I felt bad for our server because she probably feared she wasn't going to get tipped for a fairly big check. She was pretty wrong. I tipped correctly and arguably better than normal. Our return visit ended up being a great experience. We met a couple of wonderful human beings. Had some pretty good food. And, of course, my wife and I got to connect.“

“I stopped in today with my kids for a quick pre-soccer practice dinner and Katlyn was working the front counter. When I tell you it’s been a long time since we be seen a great example of kindness and humanity in a fast food place I’m not kidding but today Katlyn showed that and above. She is so kind and sweet. It’s people like her that will keep me coming back to a place. Thank you Katlyn.“

“Great burgers, large portions of fries. Staff is usually kind, with the exception of one of the managers. Large woman, tall, brown hair, brown eyes. Don't remember her name. She was rude and just shoved my bag of food at me, said "here". Haven't seen her in there last few times I went. Hope they got rid of her. Really wanting some of those fries now!“

“We dined in. First off, there were friends of the employees in the restaurant, not eating, but preventing the employees from assisting customers. After standing there for several minutes we were finally asked if we had been helped. Our order was taken and these visitors were staring at us because apparently we interrupted there visiting. The food was good, but the customer service needs work.“

“Just want to say thank you to the staff of this DQ! We've been coming in weekly as a Friday treat for lunch. The staff is so friendly and strives to make sure our orders are perfectly correct with a smile. Yesterday I placed an order on the App for lunch at home that contained food orders for 5 different people. Not only was the food ready exactly when promised, but the order was 100% correct and served with a smile. Not only were the details there, such as lids on the blizzards and napkins and condiments in the bags, but the food was as hot and delicious as when we order to eat in the restaurant. This is a top notch restaurant, with delicious food made by an amazing customer oriented staff! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“This was our first visit and we really liked it. We were there Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we found a table right away (we got lucky but saw others after us waiting on a table so be prepared). I had the captains double and my wife had the tenderloin. Our son is a picky eater but he loved their fries. We also tried the fried mushrooms and onion rings. It was all really good. And to top it off we each had a cookie, also delicious. We'll definitely be back the next time we're out at Smithville Lake.
Parking: It's an old gas station, so parking and dining space is limited. We found a table right away but saw some people waiting after us
Kid-friendliness: This place is good for the whole family“
