“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“I love blacksheep but tonight my food was just not good and it was so disappointing because we usually never have any complaints. I got the loaded fries and they were not very good which getting them to go happens but the "pulled pork" was just huge chunks of extremely tough meat I could barely chew.“

“I called Mrs Gilmore's twice, and emailed once about a group of about 15 women who wanted to have lunch at Mrs. Gilmore's. No one answered my email, and neither time I called was the need for a reservation mentioned. When we arrived, they evidently mistook our group for another one who was also lunching there that day. Once the error was discovered it became evident they were not prepared for our group. We were made to feel as if we'd done something wrong. They seated us in another area, our drink orders taken and delivered, and we never saw our server again. Finally, after one of us had to leave in order to get food before going to work, we decided to go elsewhere. A neighboring restaurant was able to accommodate us quickly without fuss, despite being short handed. We had our food within a surprisingly short time. Thank you, Big Momma's. We'll be back.“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

It took a good 10 minutes to finely get her attention. And, on a night with live music that started at 8, the kitchen closed at 9!“

“Couldn’t be seated in patio, reserved (says hostess)…. What’s up with that, no one showed up. I went out there after no one showed up there after a couple hours (brunette bartender had no answers, thought I was being rude asking about it being open, so had an attitude, said “well, you can go out there but you won’t have service.” Great attitude, right? Ginger bartender and server Faith made up for it. Those two were great.“

“I decided to eat this place because in eureka springs Arkansas there is a grotto as well I put the floor in and I wanted to compare the foods and service so I go in there with a friend and the service turned out to be great as well the food was good I would almost have to say probably a little bit better I know the price was a lot better for sure could be the tourist taxes out there in eureka maybe not doubt it anyway we had a good time good food great service and will be back for some more“

“Food here was great. Love the friendly staff and cozy outdoor sitting. Also while you eat you get to hear all and see all the peacocks there. So if you get a chance go vist Dickerson Park Zoo and try the café out.

“There were not may tables filled when we got there so I was suprised that when my food came out it was cold. The room was cold and we had to eat with our coats on- did ask the manager to turn up the heat but didn't happen. Service was very good.“
