“Stopped in on a whim and found a gem! The bbq is top notch. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket were all tender and perfectly smoked. The mac n cheese was nice and creamy, with a slightly spicy kick. We also liked the potato salad and chips n queso. There are plenty of BBQ places in Springfield but this is now by far my favorite.“

“City Butcher, you have my heart🫶🏼 I had been craving one of the turkey sandwiches since my fiancé brought me one home a few months ago. Not only was it even better the second time around, but we also tried the ribs, pork belly sandwich, smokehouse beans, and jalapeño cheese corn - there was not a single thing lacking quality or flavor. You can tell how much heart and soul is poured into the greatness they’re putting out🩷 Support your local business, especially this one!!!“

“Just had lunch at the North Glenstone location. Excellent! The pulled pork was perfect, tender and juicy with a great flavor. Having several selections of BBQ sauce is good because everyone's idea of the best sauce varies person to person. To be honest, the sides are just as great as the barbeque meat. I had fried okra (pretty average) and potato salad (not traditional, but way above average). My husband had the cheesy corn and it was great! It's pretty sweet though, so be aware of that. We are looking forward to going back and trying the ribs!“

“Excellent service!!! We got seated right away and Justin was amazing!! He made good recommendations and very friendly!! Food was so good and hit the spot because I was craving good Missouri BBQ...you can't find good BBQ spots in NY...will definitely come back when I visit“

“Longhorn in Branson is quickly becoming our main steakhouse! The Outback Ribeye is always seasoned perfectly and its enough to split even. We frequently will split and just add another side, saving overall with less leftovers. The prices overall compare to other steakhouses in town, but the generous portions and quality put it above in my opinion. The service has always been great! Overall, we love it and frequent Longhorn regularly!“

“My husband and I rarely get a night out just for us. This couldn’t have been more fun. First time here and first time doing Korean BBQ. I would 10/10 recommend for date night to anyone. Bulgogi and marinated pork belly were my favorites.“
