“Due to my work hours, I am an EARLY morning (4:30ish) drive-through customer. I am consistently pleased with the pleasant demeanor of the employees who work the morning shift.

There has never been any grumpiness, complaining about the early hour, or harumphing. The McMorning Group makes mornings a bit better!“

“We ate lunch here today, and as we were walking, we went to walk in. The general manager was going in too and opened the door for as well. He was very friendly and then waited patiently to take our order. This is the 2nd time we've ordered food here, and the food isn't greasy and seems to be hot and fresh each time so far. We'll definitely eat here again.“

“Im leaving this review more or less for Daniel the manager. Usually on when im on lunch between 12-1:30. You can tell he takes care of his team and leads, as well as serves with a friendly smile everyday. It probably helps that im in here so often but being in the center of a major intersection I imagine im not the only one.“

“This is McDonald's. You don't come here for five stars, you come here because something in you fundamentally needs something. And you don't know what it is. Comfort, home, something to eat that is standardized,processed,and isn't good for you - but it's good. You have access to a soda fountain unguarded by the restaurant worker who is too busy to take your refill, kiosks that help you maintain a level of anonymity while you're ordering something that you might otherwise be ashamed of, and an undercurrent of class consciousness from workers who don't think about it on an intellectual level but rather feel it and live it in their bones. The revolution will not be televised, and the workers of the world will unite. One day soon, all workers will seize the means of production, come together in unity, and work for a better future. It all starts here.“

“Best customer service i’ve ever received from a fast food place! Was doing a doordash order and about every 2 minutes they were updating me on the order and asking if i needed anything while i wait! So happy to see that this McDonalds is on top of there A game with everything! DEFINITELY 5/5 star rating! Great job guys!“

“This is my neighborhood McDonalds. i go to this location more frequently than others. the staff is always very kind and helpful, the food is always fresh and hot. i always have a good experience when eating here and the quality is good for fast food.“

“So much better than the other McDonald's in Springfield! Hot fresh food, And nice staff! I will note they were ignoring the Fry's beeping so it was a little louder than some, but the quality was way better!

“I stop here everyday before work and except once they’ve always got my order right. That’s saying something compared to some I’ve been to where the exception is when they get it right. Everyone is always pleasant and friendly. Way to go! One complaint—11/2/2025 and 11/3/2025 @ 5AM Frappe machine has been unavailable due to cleaning. Is there a way you can be sure that task gets done before the morning rush kicks in? Thanks again!“

This McDonalds is clean and well lit. Exerts a safe feeling. Staff was cleaning the dinning room while we were there?

Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Food came out fresh and exactly as ordered.

“This was the cleanest drive thru I've ever been to. Usually you can smell the cleanliness from your car but it was the incarnation of true immaculation. My McChicken might have been the tastiest on this side of the Mississippi. Friendly staff only to be rivaled by Chick-fil-A on a Sunday.“

“This one is nearest to my house. They almost never give me my nugget dipping sauce. The wait is long in the evenings. Steak N Shake across the street is faster food. But, the food is usually correct and a good temperature. The staff are friendly.“

“Co-located with a gas station. Food was hot and fresh. McDonald's coffee is always good but my wife didn't like the hot latte drink. Employees were helpful and friendly. Better than the average McDonald's.
