I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I need to share what happened today at the McDonald's on Campbell and Sunshine near Bass Pro in Springfield, MO.
A young manager named Bri called the police on a Latino customer over what should have been a simple service issue. The customer had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no bread through the drive through and requested a fork, which wasn't provided. the ruprecht organization is a joke. the owners speak down to women while also only putting women in charge of their ridiculous standards. i quit bc of our “owner” derek and some dude who called himself an operation dude named andy. they need to learn how to speak to the people who keep their stores running.
