“I was running a little late for work this morning and I’ve been having memory issues due to some medical stuff and I believe the managers name is Sara? She has dark hair now but it used to be blonde, she is amazing! She always takes the time to interact with me and I don’t feel just like another face to her, my drink was out of stock at the location and she gave me a drink card to use in the future, I’ve never had anything like that happen and she handled it so well, thank you for making my morning with your kindness💓“
“It’s inside a Price Cutter in north Springfield so the outside isn’t the most eye catching place but to my surprise the environment inside was extremely tame and tidy! It just made the experience all that much more enjoyable. My food and beverage felt like it was prepared with much care. Honestly, just don’t judge a book by its cover.“

“I have only visited this place once so I'm by far not a regular. The staff were friendly but I was quite disappointed that they didn't use the star rewards. I found out it's because the Starbucks is through the store and that's why. Which makes sense. Now, I am not sure but they could have changed that since I've been. This was the only issue I had, with that said... Enjoy the coffee folks!“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! The baristas here, especially Jenny and Lilly, are so fun and friendly. They remember me and my regular order, and because of them I genuinely look forward to my coffee breaks here on my school days :)“
“Gale served me and was friendly and helpful. I wanted something special and asked questions. He was thorough with answers and offered suggestions to make it even better. He wasn’t rushing me in the least. When I figured it out, he made the drink quickly and thoroughly, and it was the best, most well-crafted drink I’ve had at a Starbucks ANYWHERE.“
“I followed Google to what I thought would be a regular Starbucks. At first I was disappointed that it was in Price Cutter, but I am glad we stayed. They still have seating, and it wasn't as crazy busy as regular Starbucks can be.Service was great.“

“Pretty location within the basement of Plaster Student Union. My first fall semester at Missouri State University, I tried the Cordusio, which was new, but only temporary, to the menu, and I really liked it. It was named after Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Italy, where Starbucks had just opened a new store.And my first fall semester as a Missouri State Bear, I used to go here every Tuesday during my lunch break, between my lab section of Digital Film & Media Production and Intro to Film. It was one of my favorite parts of that semester, along with those classes.“
“Even though this location does not have a drive-thru, it is still my favorite Starbucks to visit! Evan is hands down the best barista! You can tell he has a love for all things coffee and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I hope you're lucky enough to meet him when you visit!“
“Everytime I go to HyVee I look for Cassie! She’s the best barista I’ve had since shopping here! Always super positive and I don’t buy coffee often so when I do I take a while sometimes, she’s always very patient and informative! She’s my go to girl! And she deserves some recognition!
Also highly recommend a Dirty (blonde espresso) Iced Cherry Chai with you won’t regret it!“
“The team of ladies had my order completed quickly and accurately. When I went inside to pick up my order, It was ready and the ladies were super nice greeting me as soon as I walk through the front door. I used to be a general manager for a McDonald's so I noticed things like this. Thank you for starting my morning off right!“

“I've rarely ever been to a Starbucks more than a few times in my life. Having a really unfortunate day and I had to pull over in the Brentwood shopping center. Come to find out I'm going to have to get my car towed home. Could really use a coffee today, so I figured I would check out Starbucks since it was right there. And I have to say this is the best service I believe I have ever received at a coffee place, local or chain. Faith and the rest of the crew working were so friendly and they definitely made for a much better day for me today. I would definitely recommend this location if anybody ever asks about Starbucks. Absolutely amazing service and I can't thank them enough for definitely making this day a lot better! Now about an hour and a half wait for a tow truck.... 😬“

The employee that took our order was very serious about our allergies and told us something new that we hadn’t considered about cross contamination on the frother. The drinks were perfect and quick despite a large order in front of us. Excellent service thank you.“
“Good location to have. Very handy. Fairly fast. Got my order right. Did not have to wait too long. The pink drink tasted great. Just how I like it. Had 3 or 5 tables to sit at. The prices seemed slighty higher than other starbucks. Otherwise a good experience.“
“This location has never disappointed me, even this time, I’m not necessarily disappointed, but I hope this can be fixed for future drinks.
When I looked at my matcha drink (which is normally PERFECT), there was solid matcha powder on the inside of the cup. Which can be normal if it settles, but this was near the rim of the cup. I’m not even sure how that happens…
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice before I left, maybe I thought it was the design of the Christmas cup in my dark car or something. I took a big sip and got a chuck of green powder. Not good!
I’ll just mix it up when I get home.
Again, I love this location, but that wasn’t the best matcha I’ve had.“
