“Just had one of the best drive thru experiences of my life. The workers all took the time to be personable and friendly, and take a second to really connect with me, which is genuinely so rare these days. I'll go out of my way to make sure I come here more often after this experience! :)“
“Easy access to this location off the main road. Was clean, open with good views. Service was fairly quick but noticed few smiles & cheerfulness we've come to see at many Starbucks locations.

“Whenever I order drinks from this specific starbucks i never have any problem. The customer service is always top tier and if my order came out wrong it was usually because I didn't specify correctly. Lately they have hired a new young lady and she has been quite rude to me when I have ordered. I hope it's just the way she speaks and she is actually really nice, but the way she comes across is very rude.“
“Pretty location within the basement of Plaster Student Union. My first fall semester at Missouri State University, I tried the Cordusio, which was new, but only temporary, to the menu, and I really liked it. It was named after Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Italy, where Starbucks had just opened a new store.And my first fall semester as a Missouri State Bear, I used to go here every Tuesday during my lunch break, between my lab section of Digital Film & Media Production and Intro to Film. It was one of my favorite parts of that semester, along with those classes.“
“Even though this location does not have a drive-thru, it is still my favorite Starbucks to visit! Evan is hands down the best barista! You can tell he has a love for all things coffee and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I hope you're lucky enough to meet him when you visit!“
“Everytime I go to HyVee I look for Cassie! She’s the best barista I’ve had since shopping here! Always super positive and I don’t buy coffee often so when I do I take a while sometimes, she’s always very patient and informative! She’s my go to girl! And she deserves some recognition!
Also highly recommend a Dirty (blonde espresso) Iced Cherry Chai with you won’t regret it!“
“Gale served me and was friendly and helpful. I wanted something special and asked questions. He was thorough with answers and offered suggestions to make it even better. He wasn’t rushing me in the least. When I figured it out, he made the drink quickly and thoroughly, and it was the best, most well-crafted drink I’ve had at a Starbucks ANYWHERE.“
“I just wanna brag on the girl working the drive-through today/drive-through window! She was absolutely amazing, I have never met such a friendly, sweet, caring person before. Highly recommend this location. I wish I would of asked her name but she has pinkish/purplish kinda hair! Anywho, I’ll defiantly go to this location for now on!“
“Brooklyn was the friendliest barista I have ever had. While it took about 2 minutes to make my drink, she didn’t take my money and shut the window. Instead she made conversation and showed interest in her customer.Thank you Brooklyn (sorry if I spelt it wrong)“
“I followed Google to what I thought would be a regular Starbucks. At first I was disappointed that it was in Price Cutter, but I am glad we stayed. They still have seating, and it wasn't as crazy busy as regular Starbucks can be.Service was great.“
“I have only visited this place once so I'm by far not a regular. The staff were friendly but I was quite disappointed that they didn't use the star rewards. I found out it's because the Starbucks is through the store and that's why. Which makes sense. Now, I am not sure but they could have changed that since I've been. This was the only issue I had, with that said... Enjoy the coffee folks!“
“Yesterday I went to the Starbucks near Battlefield Mall in Springfield,Missouri. Address: 2616 S Glenstone. Fact- I messed up my order! Me, not them. The young man at the window was so kind to me! He took care of the problem, even though it was my fault and told me it was no big deal. I left the establishment feeling good (even though I was embarrassed) plus the drink was amazing. As always! Fast service too!“

“New style, this store at E Sunset and Glenstone has no indoor tables or seating at all. It is a very small lobby, only about 12 by 24 ft. It is set up to be a drive-thru service location there are no tables or chairs outside, just one simple wooden bench where you can wait while they make your drink. It is a nice, newer looking store but I was disappointed to find that I couldn't readily stay there to relax and do some work on my computer. The default picture on Google showed some outdoor seating but that is no longer available One of the previous store entrances has been completely blocked. The inside of the building is 90% employee service, storage and cleaning area for store operations, it is not for customers use. No restroom
available that I could see. They're set up to have an extra large,extra-long drive-thru driveway. If you need a store to go into to use table and chairs, I recommend the location at West Republic road and Lexington, about 5 minutes away. Pictures added for your convenience“
“Good location to have. Very handy. Fairly fast. Got my order right. Did not have to wait too long. The pink drink tasted great. Just how I like it. Had 3 or 5 tables to sit at. The prices seemed slighty higher than other starbucks. Otherwise a good experience.“
