McDonald's in St. Charles

“This is by far one of the best McDonald's i have ever purchased from! The food is always correct & fresh. staff is always friendly! If you go late at night, you may have a wait bc they only take & prepare one order at a time. It's definitely worth the wait!!“

“I went to McDonald's drive thru hoping to get my grands the Cardinals Fanta drink, which is the red and blue swirl. To my dismay, I was told (nicely)the only ones available were the blue and coke. Well not wanting to totally disappoint them grandchildren, I ordered 4 medium blue Fanta. Pulled around to the window, where I was met with a smile from the lady at the window taking payment, as she kindly asked if I wanted to "round up". Well of course, I responded!! She swiped my card, handed it back and said "thank you, pull forward". As I waited at the next window, a young lady came to the window and asked "would you like a drink carrier?". I stated "yes, please". She complied, and handed my drinks out the window.“

“I’ve never had any major issues here. Not sure what some of these commenters are expecting; I mean, it’s a McDonalds, lol. The food has always been fresh and I’ve not had any issues with accuracy. As others have mentioned, this is one of the new concept stores where ordering is done primarily on kiosks, and there is not a drink machine on the floor. So, if those things are important, this is not the location for you.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald’s! The service was quick, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared perfectly, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made dining in very comfortable. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff was—they really seemed to care about making sure customers were satisfied. For a fast-food spot, this location goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
