“Was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a simple 8 piece bucket and some chicken nuggets. I say fine and pull to the side. After 45 minutes, I finally go in livid demanding to know where the food we ordered 45 minutes ago, promised to be deliver 25 minutes ago, is STILL BEING WORKED ON. Ikust keep getting the same excuse. "We're working the fast as we can, we're short staffed, it will be delivered in one more minute. I informed her that she was in dangerous territory of false advertising (saying they would be ready in 20 minutes while they hadn't even pulled the ticket to start dropping the chicken for it AFTER 45 MINUTES. If this this the best way you candle with a skeletal staff, you need to kick the budget“

“The high chair for my granddaughter waz actually clean & I say actually because the last 10 restaurant we've ate at didn't look like they had been cleaned since day of purchase 5-10years ago. So THANK YOU!!! KFC also staff was polite food waz Fast,Hot,made Correctly. THANK YOU!!!“
