Louis was an amazing server we came in with 14 people did not call ahead and we still got out with an hour. He rocked keeping a positive attitude and had us out within an hour, even with single checks for everyone.
The food was absolutely amazing ❤️
Lunch was delicious and as always the margaritas hit the spot

El Maguey | Mexican is a spacious and clean restaurant that accommodates large families comfortably with good lighting and a quiet, dark atmosphere offering good privacy in the booths. The food generally receives positive remarks for its delicious flavors and generous portions, with many guests enjoying the quality and freshness of ingredients. Dishes like Caldo de pollo are enjoyed, although some find the preparation different from their expectations. Service is often friendly and attentive, with staff providing quick service despite occasional abruptness. The atmosphere is praised for being private and pleasant, making it a good place for family gatherings. However, some reviews mention issues such as stale chips, filthy menus that need washing, and high prices that are hard to justify. Overall, El Maguey is appreciated for its good food, friendly staff, and family-friendly environment, making it a popular spot for visiting families and those seeking a casual dining experience.
