“I will be the first one to admit I don't always have good things to say about this McDonald's. Although I would like to talk to about my visit today. I placed an online order sometimes it takes a while so I chose pick up any spot. Once I got there it did not take long to get my order which impressed me very much. The lady who brought it out in the cold to me I did not get her name and I wish I would have. She walked with a sense of urgency although carefully it is a busy parking lot. She was very friendly and polite. It was today about 2:18 or 2:20 p.m. also I want to acknowledge the cook my sandwich while full was not overfilled which was definitely nice because it did not make a mess on my lap I appreciate that so kudos to the Cook. Whoever was on fries my fries were full pleasant change from half full so kudos to the fry person. Kudos to the lady who brought it out and I apologize I did not get your name or I definitely would have given you a shout out. I do like to give credit where credit is due and today I had speedy service good service and good food.“
“I always use the mobile app. When the weather is bad I use the drive thru but mostly I like the curbside service. I find everyone to be friendly and it's a pleasant experience. I especially want to give a shout out to CHRISTY. She is ALWAYS upbeat, has a little something to say and is good at her job. She is what customer service should look like. 601 N. Belt McDonald's is LUCKY to have her!“
“Foods always fast and excellent when we hit up that McDonalds. I'd rather go to this McDonalds so I can fill my own drink, completely ridiculous to go back up for a drink refill at the counter. That's adding work and cutting in to the ability to quickly serve all customers.“
“We had a late night dinner there on our way home from Kansas City and the service was excellent. We ordered the shareable bundles and a few other items. The food was very fresh and tasted great. The staff was very pleasant and professional. When I picked up my order, they noticed that it was just me for such a large order and offered to help with the bags. I would highly recommend this location for anybody wanting quick meal.
