Panera Bread Reviews
Thank you to the gal that helped me check out my birthday treats on my card! So smilingly pointing out something I would have missed. I wish I had asked her name but brown hair and at least 5’6”? I didn’t spend anymore than $2.50 but left feeling RICH! It was a day brightener that’s for sure.
Food was wrong. Service sucks the gentleman that took my order hated his job and made it feel like it was an inconvenience to take my order. I've only been to Panera a handful of times I asked a simple question about what cream cheese they had and the guy huffed and sighed. Awful customer service experience.

Panera Bread is a reliable option for a satisfying meal. The portions are generous, even for smaller options like salads. Fresh ingredients and appealing presentation make for a pleasant dining experience. The Strawberry Puppy Salad and Fuji apple salad are popular choices. Parking is ample, with handicapped accessible spaces available. The restaurant is kid-friendly and welcoming.
Customers praise the new Steak Bagel as delicious and flavorful, though some note it could be warmer. The Southwest Chicken Salad is also a hit, with one reviewer saying it "looks amazing" and meets their expectations. Panera's water station is convenient and the water is fresh-tasting.
The staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, though some customers have noted a rushed service or unhappy employees. One customer, however, had a positive experience with a manager named Crystal, who addressed their issues in a kind manner.
Overall, Panera Bread offers a satisfying dining experience with a variety of fresh, quality menu options and a welcoming atmosphere.
