I just paid extra money to eat a fancy chicken nugget. Ordered Traditional wings and got boneless chicken nuggets
I ordered wings 1 hour ahead to be ready. When I got there right at the time, they were still working on it. I had a confused look on my face and asked wby they weren't ready when I gave them an hour lead time. He said the order just came through. Whats the point of scheduling them ahead of time if they cant meet the desired time. They were 10 minutes behind.
Ordered ahead on the app to make sure i didnt have to wait around. I showed up at the time shown on the app for completion and it was ready. They even checked the bag again to make sure i had all my sauces. I have never had an issue with this location. Keep up the great work.
