Au Bon Pain (or ABP as my friends put it) was a great quick alternative to the long lines at starbucks across the street for the conference I was at in St. Louis. It is located within the America's Center convention center. It was clean, quick and had several different pastries and sandwich items without a long line, which is a relief during a conference when lines to every restaurant are out the door. I was not able to eat breakfast here. This location will not open to the public if there is a convention booked. My family walked over from the Hyatt (close to 10 minutes) for breakfast only to find out you can’t eat here if there is a convention. Don’t waste your time! Even if Google says they’re open that may not be the case.
