“I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.“

“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “Been years since I been inside this place for food, then when I seen it back open I went inside to order and what was a walk up window in front was gone and an entire bar magically appeared when I opened the door, didn't look anything like it used to look. I seen vinyl records on the he wall behind the DJ area that was by 1 of the front windows the other front window area looked like a small section for a dance floor. The Bar was in the Rear and yes the still serve the food. It was early afternoon if it was even past noon when I discovered the new renovated "Arkansas Fried Chicken" I can't wait to visit it at night. Ow & check it out.“

“I was driving down West Florissant and needed to get gas and use the restroom, stopped at 2 gas stations, and neither one had a public restroom available. So I went to Lee's, and theirs was a lifesaver!!!The restroom was clean and smelled fresh!! I made a purchase and the food was hot and delicious!! “My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!“

“Great customer service worker that name start with K I believe greeted everyone that walked in the store maintaining job duties while waiting on chicken to finish cooking. I'm really proud of this location keep up the great work. All the worker was actually working as a team.“
