Delicious homestyle food!
I visited The Jefferson store in South city on 8/30/26. Before I came back to order something for myself, I had picked up a DoorDash order previous to My own. Everyone that was working, which was I believe four females were super attentive, efficient, friendly, fast just awesome. It is rare to find customer service anywhere this Amazing. Lee's never misses! Best fast food chicken in the Lou. Decent sides (I always get the mac and potatoes, though based on reviews I'm glad I never wanted rice 😬) and fair prices. Customer service is hit and miss in my experience, but the bar for that is in hades these days and I've never had a truly *bad* experience. Once you get ahold of that biscuit, you'll forget all about your cashier being a little short with you 😆.
