I have visited several states and have had jamaican cuisine and I have to say that De Palm Tree is the best I have had. I've eaten there several times for years and I've never written a review, but I miss this restaurant so much. The flavor and how well it's cooked is consistent. The red snapper was cooked crispy and seasoned to the bone, the rum punch was some of the best, and the oxtails were some of the best I've ever had. OMFG best Jamaican food I’ve ever tasted! The j*** chicken is moist, spicy, and fresh. The rice and peas, and cabbage were awesome! I had a rum punch, this is a party starter! Buy a bottle or two. Our first visit so we went with the j*** chicken to sort of get a feel for if we want to go back. We do! Very simple meal but very flavourful and satisfying. Generous portion of protein and veggies.
