H & M Best Fried Fish & Chicken is a great spot for fresh, made-to-order meals. The food is not pre-cooked, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. The staff is incredibly friendly and the kitchen is clean and well-organized. While the exterior may not be fancy, the food coming from inside is delicious. This cash-only, black-owned restaurant offers generous portions at a great price. The chicken wings and tilapia were particularly tasty. Just be sure to bring cash and be prepared to wait outside to order through the window.
