It's a nice neighborhood spot with a great atmosphere. I didn't eat there on this particular visit, but if I had to nit pick anything, I'd say it's kinda small. If there's a party, there's barely enough room on the party side for any additional guests to sit. So, if you're not attending the party where the dance floor is, you really don't get a vibe on the entryway side. Hunnys Cafe & Wine is a nice place to have a really good time at, offering an inviting atmosphere and a fun-loving vibe. The food is so delicious, with highlights including amazing fish, a brunch menu that checks off all the boxes for a Saturday morning, and 4pc lemon pepper wings that slap. The fish and shrimp combo is also enjoyed. The drinks are tasty and effective, including affordable drinks and Don José margaritas. It is the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or enjoy soul food Sunday.
The service is excellent and stellar, with a genuine and warm welcome. The owners come out to greet everyone, making sure guests are pleased. It is a spot that blends comfort, class, and community, feeling like walking into a friend’s living room. There is plenty of room on the dance floor and good space for parties. A good DJ or band is always on point, filling the air with music on cool evenings. The outdoor patio is also a draw. The experience is consistent and delivered with real love, making Hunnys the place to be at for an A+ experience.
