“I went through the drive thru last night, about 930pm. Katie took my order, she was the nicest, most polite person I've encountered in fast food. Her and a gentleman were holding it down, even though the line was long. I see you and appreciate you! Great job!“

“This is by far the best late night Jack in the Box in the entire city. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always hot, especially prepared. I cannot say enough about how great this Jack in the Box is none of the other ones could possibly compare if you’re craving late night tacos this is a Jack in the Box for you.!!!!!“

“The store was really busy when I entered the dining room, the staff seemed like they were handling the rush very well, despite a rude customer that was asked to use the kiosk, she got upset and yelled at the pregnant woman making tacos. I hinestly felt bad for the employee. The lady was belligerent and way out of line, yelling about corporate so I thought id get on here and set the record straight. Fast food is already hard enough.“

“Leah offered amazing service! She was so sweet. There was an incident in the lobby that she handled with incredible grace. Despite a stressful encounter, she maintained a very good attitude. She even brought me a complimentary cheesecake to apologize for my long wait.

Not only was the service incredible but the tacos were also excellent! Everything about my order was correct. It was warm. And it was delicious.“

“My partner and I drove about 3 hours from Illinois to spend the day in St. Louis and decided to stop at Jack in the Box for lunch. Since Illinois doesn’t really have these, this was our first time ever trying Jack in the Box—and we were pleasantly surprised.

The burgers and fries were delicious, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working together—they were joking around with each other, which made the atmosphere feel fun and welcoming. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained.

Overall, for our first Jack in the Box experience, we had a great time and would definitely come back if we’re in the area again. ✨“

“Hell ya jack in the box for the win 100% respect there drive-through is only 9ft was in a 10ft plus truck called them and asked if I could walk around they said yes definitely will be coming back here they are way better then any other fast food place around this area 🎉 thank you to the night shift crew“

“date Saturday March 7th 2026 924 a.m. this Jack in the box was so fresh so and hot I had to almost go back for another meal I kid you not I never had to go back to another place for another meal this Jack in the box here at this location it's the best Jack in the box I've been to it is neck neck with my all-time favorite White castles on chouteau folks. This Jack in the box got that mess around and find out for real they put everything into them meals up here at this Jack in the box I kid you not this Jack in the box is awesome awesome awesome. And yes they need a big raise“
