“I had almost given up on Jack in the box, but when we moved to Grand we decided to give the one nearby a try, and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The girl that took our order through the drive through was friendly and sounded like she was genuinely happy to help, same with the girl at the window. In addition to wonderful service, our food was hot and they remembered the ranch sauce for the tacos. We have gone back a few times since and it's been great every time. The employees here really deserve some recognition because every other jack in the box in the city I have gone to in the past year has disappointed us, they were always out of ranch, closed randomly during the day, the employees sounded extremely unhappy to be there and/or the food was gross. It's really nice to be able to have good experiences at Jack in the box again, could not be happier.“
“I had a great experience at this Jack in the Box location. The manager, David, was especially kind and clearly hard-working, and it really showed in how smoothly the whole team worked together. You can tell a lot about a place by its management, and this one is doing things right. The food was served quickly and tasted good, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and I will return. I just hope David will be working there.“
“I see some poor reviews, and a few years ago I would have been one of them. Years ago we stopped going to this location. But today was PERFECT. The order taker was polite and friendly, the guy that brought my food to the car (I had a wait of about 5 minutes) was courteous and polite, and everything was delicious. AND the order was accurate. It's a little expensive compared to some places, but for me it's not just price that speaks. We'll be back. Nice job. 👍🏼“

“We had never been to a Jack in the Box but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and fresh and the workers were helpful and friendly. The door was broken, the bathroom was gross, and it smelled like cigarette smoke inside so I marked off points for atmosphere.“
“date Saturday March 7th 2026 924 a.m. this Jack in the box was so fresh so and hot I had to almost go back for another meal I kid you not I never had to go back to another place for another meal this Jack in the box here at this location it's the best Jack in the box I've been to it is neck neck with my all-time favorite White castles on chouteau folks. This Jack in the box got that mess around and find out for real they put everything into them meals up here at this Jack in the box I kid you not this Jack in the box is awesome awesome awesome. “I just want to say that Amanda who works at the Watson and Laclede location, went above and beyond for me. She is the kindest and hardest worker I’ve seen in a long time. She had blue beautiful hair, bubbly and amazing personality, and genuinely cared about the customers.
I’m sorry but I do not see that in the food industry that often anymore, especially fast food. I happened to be having a very rough night, and she literally turned it around for me. I don’t think k she even understood the impact she had on me. I truly hope this gets back to her bc she deserves that recognition. I wish I could do more for her. She was so busy and she didn’t miss a beat, and still took the time to acknowledge me. That’s pretty huge to me. She restored my faith in humanity. Maybe I just needed someone to be kind to me tonight. Thank you Amanda!“
