Stumbled on to this gem while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. I was looking for a good breakfast spot on the Friday after and Oasis popped up near the top of the list (because of the other positive reviews I think). The restaurant was unfortunately (for that day) closing, but I had the good fortune to meet the owner/chef who invited me back for brunch the next day.
