My experience here was terrible! When I received my sandwich, I noticed the avocado tasted a bit off, so when I opened it up it looked like moldy bread and avocado. I was so disgusted. I called up to this bread co and spoke with the manager Jason. He told me “I’m sure it’s not mold, but we’ll send a new one for you” I didn’t appreciate them assuming I was lying, but I was understanding. Ordered delivery with Panera forgot half of my order and other Half was cold upon arrival. Although ordered through Grub hub the woman said she delivers through Panera strictly not grub hub so when confronted about the missing and cold items she proceeds to tell me the bags are already made up and she just grabs them and then delivers without even checking the order before leaving the building...Train your employees to check bag before taking anything out on a delivery! I had a great visit today at the Bread Co on 7th street, Jason was great and made sure my order was correct and made me smile! I’ve always had the experiences when I visit, but today was EXTRA special thanks to Jason.
