“This is one of the family's many restaurants around STL, but this place is the Daddy of the all. The other locations try to replicate this restaurant but have failed.

This place is the entire package, it is laid back, great food (best wing in the STL bar none), nice layout, corner supports bar. Everyone is super friendly, plenty of TV's, food is excellent, the atmosphere is electric, games for the kids, decently priced, cold drinks, outdoor patio if it's decent out - it's all that and a bag of chips.“

"Stan, Matt & Marlowe were charming and cordial to all. The owner (Matt/Chef) is one of the nicest and most hospitable folks you'll ever want to meet. Truly cares about his customers. Stay clear of Bill... Why you ask? He was a smug, rude & a disingenuous individual. Brought in six (6) people & spent over $300.00 with no other customers dining that day. He acted like he did us a favor. All of the other employees were wonderful.“

“Pretty big bar. The inside has a few games to play but I imagine summer time is when they pick up with business. There are sand volleyball courts and a huge patio. The patio is partially covered in some areas. The best part of the patio is you can bring you dog!!“

“Oakville Sportspub is another one of the best local bars off of Telegraph Road. Good food, Great customers, super friendly, attentive, fast paced waiters and waitresses. Angie, Brandy and Barry are the OG's and the best bartenders around. I had my one of my twin sons Celebration of Life gatherings at the Sports Pub in 2022. Most of those months were and still are a complete blur to me. But Colleen who I've known loved and respected for years and years was patient, attentive, caring and supportive while I was trying to figure out seating and food choices and drinks. Could not have picked a better place to hold my son, Matt Reeves Celebration of Life Gathering.“

“I been in there once about 5 years ago. Then I just happen to move on the same block up the street . I notice a lot of the older neighbors or my street were against it opening up because they thought it would cause trouble . I never witnesses any kind of issues. I walk past there a lot . It’s also clean . It’s a sports bar . Some of my neighbors think where drinking is involved crime will be there . All I witness Is people laughing having a good time .

Parking: They have a huge lot right across from the bar . I also think there street parking . Definitely no issues that I can see with parking .“

“One of the weirdest hockey rings I've ever been to. Inline hockey on one side and ice hockey on the other and then there's basically a rundown mall right through the center... When it said All American sports Mall I didn't expect it to actually be a mall! There's like six or seven stores that were looked like they have been closed down for a long time. Ice was in great shape though that's why they get four stars. I do like the viewing area from the top It was a different experience than I'm used to.“

I was also pleasantly surprised they carry Delirium Tremens. They have a super laid back atmosphere to boot - play some pool while you're there! Definitely don't sleep on The Drawing Board.“

“There for the Steelers game, Helen's is the St Louis hub for Steelers fans. Excellent for game watching, so many TVs with multiple options to watch your team.
Food is always great, good service, especially for how busy they were. Nice pub decor. A personal preference would be to have low tables in bar area, not a fan of high tops.“

“It's my goto for Sunday football or Blues hockey. The food is always excellent, everyone seems to know everyone and makes it very inviting. The one minus on football it only blast one game on the audio and no music on halftime.

Parking: Don't park across the street at the daycare lot. ANYTIME They will towe your vehicle!

Kid-friendliness: It's a bar restaurant. Great for afternoon lunch and early dinners.

“Horrible bottle service experience. They lost our pre-made 60 days in advance reservation to start off so we got shoved in like sardines to a booth half the size of what we needed, shoulder to shoulder. No one could even move or dance at all even on the regular floor. People kept spilling drinks all over my girls & everyone on the dance floor. The VIP booth was broken & falling apart in horrible condition. The waitress charged my card an extra 400 dollars that was an "accident" Overall I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. the worst bar experience I've ever had plus it's tiny, no room to move around, no smoking section, nothing.“

I had shopped around a few places; none of them seemed compatible for my needs. Mitch was the mgr., and he was great as well. He had asked several times how everything was. “I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.“
