“I was just at this Taco Bell in Glendale, MO (10035 Manchester Rd) and there was only 1 person working the entire store!! Poor guy. There was a line of cars almost to the street in the drive thru. There were people inside the store waiting too. He was taking orders through the drive-through, at the counter, and preparing all the food by himself! I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through to get my food (which I am not upset about since this kid was working his butt off!). He remained calm and was still very pleasant and thanked me for my patience. And he got my order right with no mistakes! He deserves a raise!!! I hope his manager sees this!!“
“Somehow y'all manage to find the best of the best and show the rest how it’s done. It has been many moons since BUTLER HILL TACO BELL has done anything but satisfy the cravings of our hungry family/friends. Keep it up please, the world depends on you“
“By far the best Taco Bell in STL and surrounding counties. Was in the mood for Mexican Friday, our usual go to was closed. So we ended up at Taco Bell. Wow is the first thing that comes to mind. The tacos were fresh and crunchy, the meat wasn't overly soaked in grease and a nice portion of cheese on each taco. Whomever manages this location is doing an excellent job with the quality of the food. Thank you, wish other locations would have the same quality and standards. Due to the recent storms and having no power, ended up back at the same location on Saturday. To my surprise, the food was just as good Saturday as it was the day before. High five to this location, quality of food is what keeps people coming back for more.
Update: 5th time visiting this location, the food has been fresh and the each time. I'll say it again, the best TacoBell in STL.“
“Young man name Jeff he was at the window was very kind and fast worker he did an excellent job. Food was good service was even better. This place has improved alot. If I was the owner I'd give him and everyone there a raise.

“Went through the drive through and ordered the $7 Luxe Cravings box. It was very good. Drive thru line went quickly and staff was friendly and helpful asking what sauce I would like. I would recommend this location for a quick visit or a dine in experience.

“I placed a online order and they accidentally forgot one of my crunch wraps, but I called up there and they were extremely nice and professional so I went back up there and they gave me a couple free tacos and a free slushy. Kolt the cashier was such a nice dude and the cook working. When I got there, we all had a good laugh about it and everything was good. Love this Taco Bell in Oakville.“
“I hope to have the same service next time because that really made my night better. I go here on a pretty regular basis, and most of the time the food is decent, but it’s really a hit or miss kind of thing. Tonight I stopped by after work and was really impressed. Went through the drive-thru; not sure if it was a manager, but the lady was very professional, and the taco I ordered was really good!! It had the right amount of everything on it. Go taco team!!! You guys rock!! I hope to have the same service next time because that really made my night better.“
“Alexia and Kerion are wonderful people if this Taco Bell ever screws up it's certainly not either of their faults you have to remember how difficult to talk about truly does have it because there is nothing else to eat around here except well I suppose the loop which is full of junk this is my Taco Bell it's like a second home and I order it two to three times a week because it is always always fabulous especially if something's wrong just let it be known some of the staff maybe a little short but just don't take offense to it that's just the way it goes they're very busy all the time because they're busy making your food great and I can't stress enough that this is my home base this is a wonderful Taco Bell and they deserve much better than 3.5 stars“
“Every single time I order something with NO SOUR CREAM, they always put it on. Like some employees don’t understand what NO SOUR on the order screen means. And if you order $40+ worth of food delivered, something will be forgotten to get made but you definitely get charged for it. The delivery service does credit back the mistake to b fair, and Taco Bell is still really delicious.“
“Upon pullig up to the pick-up window, the I had the nacho fries and put in my online order, that I wanted avocado ranch instead of cheese sauce. I got neither and my fries were ice cold. I also had a steak chalupa supreme, w/o lettuce. Again, cold. Not sure which one or both, but one of those items gave me extremely painful stomach issues, binding me to the bathroom for several hours. They were also out of the Frozen Baha Blast Mtn Dew.“

“The employees here are punctual, laid-back, and friendly. Standard Taco Bell fare made well, they always get my order right. :)

“The food was great! Exactly how you want it. The manager was really nice and checked on us. We are inside and there was a table with a bunch of ants on it, but only the one table. It was very odd we went to the other side of the dining room to find a booth missing a leg. I'm not sure how that happens but we moved again and the rest of the visit was good. Even had to use the changing table which seems cleaned recently.“
“This side of St. Louis is wild, and probably the craziest Taco Bell experience I've ever had...but I'm not even mad lol. Bless that lady that was taking our orders in the drive-thru because she did a great job at getting me exactly what I wanted, even though everyone outside was being so loud and obnoxious. The food was good and the service was great, but y'all can keep that St. Louis life over there. It's much cleaner and more peaceful where I live almost 500 miles away. 😂😂“
“We were in the area dropping off a vehicle to be serviced at about 10pm. We hadn't had Taco Bell in a LONG time because all the ones near us in Illinois honestly suck. Service, wait time and food quality are consistently terrible.
So glad we gave this location a shot!! I have never encountered more friendly employees at any Taco Bell! I was genuinely surprised at how nice the young lady taking our order was! We didn't wait long at all before we had our food. HOT, fresh food. The fries nearly burned my tongue! AMAZING!

“For real the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had at 230am. Great service. Food was all fresh and made very well. Was really fast as well Mexican pizza was on point and not all sloppy and all over the box. I guess this is what Taco Bell is meant to taste like. It was awesome“
“We were in the drive-thru, with 2 cars ahead of us, one at the speaker and another waiting like us. The whole visit from the time we began waiting to order til the time we received our food was 45 minutes. Then they wouldn't break a $100 dollar bill. We just left the casino and only had $100's. We had to overdraft our checking account to use the debit because they wouldn't take a hundred. The food was amazing though!!! One of the best tasting Taco Bell we've ever had. Definitely the longest we've ever waiting in a drive-thru.“
“Husband has been sick with pneumonia and this was all he wanted to eat today (chicken no beef). Staff was friendly and fast even though it was 12:30 pm. Restaurant was clean, busy and efficient. We will be going back.
