There are not many places anymore that have a relaxed atmosphere and employees that remember me and treat me like a friend. “Brought my daughter here for her 21st birthday, for wine tasting. It was so fun. Spencer was awesome and my daughter had a blast. The wine was so yummy! Don't pass on their shushes. “McDonald's forgot to give me my whole order, the girl forgot to give us our second bag. Accused my family of trying to steal french fries, locked us out the store and refused to give us our whole order. We had to call the POLICE to get our food!!! It was 100% McDonald's employees fault, called corporate and they did absolutely nothing... Do you know how embarrassing it is to be accused of stealing french fries and have to call the police to get all your food. I will never go back to any McDonald's ever. Maybe if Corporate would have even responded but they didn't, they don't care about customers... The owners never even responded back..”

“I’ve never left a review for anything in my life but this place is too good not to. Went with my family which included 5 kids ages 1-12. Sat outside so we could watch the band and the kids had a big area to run around and enjoy the music too. The food was out of this world good. The prices were good. The service was top 10 all time. The owner was working her butt off keeping everyone happy and her husband was doing the same on stage playing the bass guitar with the band Sunny Side Down which absolutely rocked. If you own a restaurant or thinking about it owning one, take some notes from these people. We’ll definitely be going back when we’re in the KC area.”

“Randomly walked by Friday night looked it up thought let's give it a try. Totally packed no reservations and they worked us in within 20 minutes at the bar and what an unbelievable surprise. Everyone was happy, friendly, and full of recommendations. The drinks were absolutely perfect and the food was next level good. This place is our new go to in KC. Go Now and do not WAIT”

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.”

“In town for the week and looking for something with heart, this place popped up as a local favorite and now I understand why. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine kindness and warm energy that you could feel in the room.

It was a little busy, which is always a good sign, but we scored a sidewalk table and that is totally my vibe. The Baba falafel on pita was absolutely soul satisfying. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and made with love.

Inside, the decor is beyond charming. Whoever designed the space clearly knows how to mix color and texture with personality. Honestly, I want them to come decorate my house next.
