“We stopped by for a quick lunch and found the perfect spot. While the indoor and outdoor seating areas are on the smaller side, the setup is ideal for a fast dine-in experience or grabbing food to go.
The staff was amazing, providing quick and attentive service, and the overall ambiance was incredibly cute. As for the food, everything was fantastic. We ordered the fish and shrimp tacos, which were flavorful and paired beautifully with their house sauces. To top it off, the complimentary chips and salsa were absolutely awesome.“

“Cozy Cafe makes a superb breakfast. And your stomach will feel cozy after eating here! Delicious biscuits with sausage patty and sausage gravy. I had a vegetable omelet with salsa and it really hit the spot. They have real butter, black peppercorn and salt grinders, and a nice selection of hot sauces, including Tapatio, Tabasco, and some from Louisiana and Texas. Quiet, great service, and it feels a liitle bit like visiting grandma's house, complete with fresh banana bread.“

“Baxters is one of my new spots to dine! Great people at this place! Chef Corey was amazing to talk to and the only one that knew the ingrediants/flavors/spices to my favorite steaks in the world, a Florentine Steak! I knew at that instance I was going to give this place a try. Talking to Ted ,the owner of Baxters ,about my bad experience at the restaurant next door,(JBH) and them charging us over a $120 for one plate( price was not concerning, but them hiding it until we ate the worst food in our fine dining experience was!) that included frozen lobster that could not be eaten all the way due to it being so tough from being frozen too long and not getting silverware for over 20 minutes after the dinner was served, he gave us confidence in his restaurant by personally inviting us with an open reservation of our timing and at any spontanious moment and showing me the kitchen which could not be exceeded in cleanliness or matched in appearance and professionalism. My business in serving commercial kitchens gives me the insight into many restaurants and this experience guarentees our return. Total recommendation in all they provide. Oh and lets not forget the service, top notch, there was not an empty glass or dirty dish left on our table more then 5 seconds and the timing of our courses insured a complete experience with no time to wait! Thanks to our server , Brittany, for the experience of a lifetime!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩“

“Five stars all the way! I had an absolutely wonderful breakfast here. The food arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked.What truly made my morning special was my waitress, Brenda. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and brought such a warm, positive energy to my table. Her exceptional service turned a great meal into a fantastic day starting experience. I will definitely be back, and I will absolutely be asking for Brenda's section! Highly recommended. Pet friendly outside available seating also!“

“Went December 30th for a birthday there we 7 of us. Service was outstanding in a wonderful environment. We had a brie cheese app, onion rings and spinach/artichoke dip. All we wonderful. Fried lobster, crab legs, filets and lobster ravioli we all top notch. We will definitely be back. Don't forget to have coffee with the vaculator“

“Fries are usually good, this time around they were hard and tasted like they were sitting around for awhile. Staff kept trying to bring us other people's food, while we were clearly eating. Asked waitress multiple times for drinks and she kept forgetting. Asked for a lime in my beer 3x and never had received the lime. This is my favorite lakeside bar/ restaurant in the area but thia time it really fell below expectations.“

“Thank you for a great experience. We had a group of 50+ on a Wednesday and the staff did an excellent job. Thanked us for coming and kept checking on us. We ended up staying for the majority of the day. With this big of group not everyone on the lake dug in and smiled through it like your staff did. Bravo for training your staff to embrace challenges.“
