“For years I have been coming to this location. And its never fells me. The food be good. I love how you added chicken strips & macaroni and cheese. My grandkids love it. And of course customers service is great. And always a blessing to see the workers thats been there a long time. 🥰“

“Not sure of the girls name(believe she is a manager) but without her I’m not sure the place would run efficiently as it does. She is always doing multiple things and making sure customers are taken care of. Along with ALWAYS being there to run the show…sometimes by herself. Kudos to you for getting the job done evening when it’s overwhelming.“

“I don't think businesses realize how important customer service is! Amazing customer service by the lady who served us yesterday afternoon, I'm assuming she's an owner. My peach smoothie was delicious! My blueberry muffin & bagel did not make the picture! The blueberry muffin was really good! We sat upstairs talking for hours!“

“Okay so why does nobody do fast food Italian?

I almost never write fast food reviews but these folks were so friendly and we were so surprised by the value that a review seemed absolutely required, hard plastic benches and all.

Fazoli's was new to me, but they are a chain that seems ubiquitous in the Midwest. They mostly offer Italian style food to go. This is much faster than a traditional Italian experience (and wasn't the food quality we experienced on the hill) but it was definitely good food for an exceptional price. We both ordered spaghetti one with meatballs one with meat sauce, our order came with breadsticks also and the total food cost was less than we paid for our coffee earlier in the morning.

The folks at this specific store overheard the discussion about not having been there before and were exceptionally friendly and engaging.

If you are a local you probably know all about these and likely have strong opinions one way or the other, if you haven't seen this before though you have to give it a try.“

“Got a case of them cheeseburgers 🧀 🍔 to go,I was born in 55, born around St Louis area, so I had awesome memories of eating out at 2 places, and White Castle was one of them when I was a little critter. Something about them little burgers and don't forget the Crispy Onion Rings..😊“

“Went on Tuesday April 7th and the franchisor was there….best Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever had! Would love to know whenever he’s there.
Then the girl working the drive through handed me my bag of food and said “have a good day”, which is normal, but I had ordered drinks, so I said “oh sorry I ordered some drinks”, which she followed up with “I know, we’re making them now”. Got me confused, but anyways, shout out to that franchisor.“

“I've been to Chuck's Hot Chicken a few times, and people kept telling me I needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. I'm glad I finally did because it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the 10-piece chicken bites with seasoned fries and a fountain drink. I wasn't in the mood for anything too spicy, so I went with the mild, and the flavor was on point. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the seasoned fries were just as good. Even though the place was busy, I ordered at the kiosk and had my food in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back soon. Honestly, I might even end up coming back this weekend 😂“

“Order my food on the phone and ny the time I get here it's ready we eat quick and my kid goes a plays. Only bad thing is they need one of them fans where the kids play to get rid of that smelly socks smell in there everything else is a 5 star.“

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... “Everytime I come here every one is so nice. The staff, the cooks, the customers, very friendly, all the time! I'd say all the food is great, but it's just chicken, toast, and fries. They think their own sause is so good they don't carry ranch...or pickles. But if you want some chicken strips, toast, and/or fires their is no better place around!

“When you're craving White Castle, nothing else will do! I actually drove from Texas to Illinois, and one of the first stops I had to make was White Castle. I've eaten there before, and I've been craving those iconic little sliders ever since.

There's just something about those steamed buns, grilled onions, and classic flavor that keeps calling me back. The sliders were every bit as good as I remembered, the fries hit the spot, and the service was quick and friendly.

Some people travel for steak or fine dining—I traveled for White Castle sliders, and I have zero regrets. The craving is officially satisfied... at least until the next road trip! 🍔😄“

“Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“When we pulled up at the drive-thru, the person talking through the speaker was very rushed. He barely even heard anything we said and rushed us to be done ordering. We didn't even say that we were done ordering and he immediately said our total and said to pull up. The food was good but everything was sort of soaked. Half the napkins were unusable because they had already soaked up all the grease, but the rest of the staff was nice.“

For being slammed, everything was correct, everyone was working, there was no chaos and the management was helping out!
