She is always doing multiple things and making sure customers are taken care of. Along with ALWAYS being there to run the show…sometimes by herself. In town for business and stopped here today for lunch. At first since the line was long I almost left, but decided to stick it out. They were whipping through the line very fast for how busy it was! I got the lunch special mambo sciciliano sandwich with potato salad and let me tell you, it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time! The portions are massive, everything was fresh, and amazingly delicious. Please do yourself a favor and go!“

“Came here randomly for my birthday and I'm am very satisfied. There was a worker there to greet us and get our order. It didn't take long to decide what to get and it was ready and fresh very quickly. Ordered a beef sandwich with bacon and peppers and it was delicious, they cooked the bacon fresh. The chicken bacon ranch mac'n cheese bowl and the garlic cheese bread are both delicious and pair great together. The building is very clean on the inside. We will definitely be returning here.“

“Not a bad Chicken Club at all with thick juicy chunks of white chicken, plenty of imitation bacon bits and a good mix of lettuce and a small but flavorful Thousand Island and the Ravioli is nicely aldente' and sank in plenty of sauce. The service was great, even late, and the restaurant was in good shape. The price is what got to me. Honesty, I was kicking myself in the buttocks because it was $18 for this meal and no drink when, with all do respect, a can of Chef Boyardi and a Pre-Packed Deli salad would have been about $7 and basically the equivalent. I'm just saying. I do appreciate the work this crew does here but realistically it's pretty pricey. I didn't feel bad at all for sitting down with my own can drink.“

“Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop was located right next to my eye doctor, so my Mom and I decided to have lunch here. The staff were friendly and the owner was front and center, in front of the register. I chose the BLT and my Mom got the Homemade Turkey. I liked my BLT and my Mom enjoyed her Homemade Turkey, but she noted that the turkey was a bit too dry for her tasting. The bread was super good but almost a bit too filling since it’s a soft white bread. We would come back though because it was somewhat affordable and very clean inside.“

“We love their loaded sub! I raved about it so much that my husband decided to try it, which is completely out of the norm. Now, we travel from about 20 miles away just for these great sandwiches! I should tell you I'm not a huge sandwich fan, so this says a lot. The bagels are fantastic also, and I am a very particular about needing chewy bagels. The carrot cake cheesecake was also excellent, but it truly is not cheesecake. it is simply carrot cake but it's very good!“

“This location is outstanding. The food is delicious the portions are fair and so are the prices. I believe this is the best McAlister's in St Louis hands down. The help there are very friendly it's a really nice atmosphere and I love their sandwiches. I highly recommend the king club. You'll be lucky if you can eat the whole thing in what city and the potato salad that comes with it if you choose it is outstanding. The help makes you feel welcome there it's very clean including the bathrooms. You can also order food on the app and get it to go or eat in. I highly recommend this place. It's one of our favorites to go to in Arnold Missouri.“

“Fozzies is a staple of st louis sandwiches and homemade chips. Their food is always amazing, always prepared fresh, and has great taste and texture. The salads are always a strong seller, good size to split with 2 people. You can order an Animal, a salad, and a bag of parm chips and feed 2 people for a good price. Their small attention to details on their website, like getting a sandwich cut in half really sells the food.

Personally, we love the Animal, the bacon sandwich, and any of the salads. The parm chips are a must!!!“

““Voted the best gyro in STL“ and we had to stop by. Not going to be saying it’s the best in STL, but may stand a chance to be in our top 5. The service is friendly, generous, and lets you pick a tiny packet of chips to go with your order.

The sauce is a giant tub and despite that the person at the counter said it maybe small but will suffice. I loaded it up on my sandwich and still had a half left. The sauce is massive people. It isn’t tzatziki made of yogurt and cucumbers but has mayo mixed in it. It wasn’t savory, but almost very sweet tasting. Still can’t pinpoint what was in it, but it was different and tasty.

The gyro meat was premade hopefully on a spit. They only had to reheat it on a griddle. It was tender, juicy, but lacked the flavor of a gyro. The seasoning was tasty, but given that it was being reheated may have been the reason for its missing flavor. It’s huge and will easily fill you up. My partner and I split it and didn’t even reach for the packet of chips. Yes, we did have our home made salad on the side. Give this place a shot, it’s better than the other Americanized versions of Middle East cuisine.“

“The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. I will definitely keep coming back and it's close to home, they are very nice, and the food is good. I was at the Des Peres location.“

“They don’t always get my order right and it’s usually only missing 1 ingredient. I wish I could take off only 1/4 star because it’s not a huge deal, but that can be a hit or miss for people and everyone makes mistakes. Since I can’t it’s staying at a 5. This place particularly makes a great sandwich. I’m in a different area and they make the sandwiches super sloppy, kudos to the presentation of the sandwiches and freshness.“

“This place used to be run by the nastiest owner on Earth. He would skimp on the toppings and yell at people for using the restroom or getting refills. Luckily, it’s under new ownership! The new ladies who own it are much friendlier, and the store is finally clean and well-stocked. It’s crazy what a difference new ownership can make!“

“On 6-2-26 around 11:00 am I had a great experience at the Subway on Hampton Avenue. The two ladies who helped me were friendly, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Their positive attitude made the visit even better. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—the bomb! Everything was fresh, made just right, and tasted great. Excellent customer service and a great meal. I'll definitely be back!

“I came in today, and one of the customers was extremely rude to this young lady with glasses and piercings. I couldn’t find corporate number to not make a complaint but to contradict a customers complaint as I witnessed the customer be extremely rude then follow the employee out to their vehicle and take pictures of them and their vehicle bashing them online and posting them. So please ensure your employee knows they handled it well and I’m sorry they had to deal with the Karen! Update- as your employee left work the woman also followed her taking pictures and swerved her own vehicle st your worker in their vehicle. One employee mentioned he’s been making subs for 20 years, and it truly showed in the quality and care put into our food. We ordered the medium Engineer (with wheat, no onions, no Mayo, and spicy Cajun Mayo modifiers) and a large Turkey, Bacon, Ranch subs without modifications. We loved both. Bread and sub ingredients were fresh and extremely satisfying. We never receive bad service or messed up orders. Bonus? Firehouse supports first responders and loves military...active, retired, or veterans!“
