“A very kind couple own this store. I was here January 23rd 2022. The owners live here so please be respectful. They have many hand made pieces and blankets. They also have info on the indigenous artists they carry. I was a very happy customer.“

“Going to the Botanical Tea Room is a wonderful experience. I went with a group from the St Louis Evening Herbal Association. We really enjoyed the conversation with the owners. They are very informed on the herbal teas, garden to table herbs, flowers and vegetables. It’s so much fun touring the property to see what’s being grown there. It is evident that Penelope loves what she is doing and sharing there. She takes growing and serving very seriously.It’s really just a beautiful experience!

“First time diner. Food was abundant and excellent. Service was great. Lots of dishes I want to try. Will be returning for sure. They serve breakfast all day too! Had Chicken Fried Steak with green beans,mashed potatoes with white gravy, coleslaw and Texas toast.“

“We don’t eat out very often but this was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. Service is top notch. Food is even better. I got the stinging honey chicken Mac and cheese with the chicken on the side with a side salad with the chipotle ranch and mozzarella chips as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. I had enough left over for a meal tomorrow. Hands down one of the best local restaurants.“

“Arrive is hit or miss usually depending when you go. It can be annoying trying to get in because of the limited parking. It isn’t bad but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. I think as times have changed so has the quality and consistency of the food here.

Parking: Free parking be usually have to park across the street and walk over.“
