I went there today around 5pm and the workers wasn’t using any gloves. They where serving food without any gloves and when I asked why they did not have any gloves on they said they ran out and their manager was not answering the phone so they could get more. That made me not want my food so I walked out and left and I really wanted to get ice cream for my family. With everything going on right now with COVID-19 they should really have gloves at all time and stay safe and sanitized...read full review

Ben & Jerry's is a small, cute place with great customer service. The waffle cone sundae is amazing, especially the one with a hint of cinnamon. The staff is patient and cheery, and the ice cream is always fantastic. Although parking might be a challenge, the experience of enjoying a white vanilla dipped waffle cone with blondie ice cream is highly recommended. A welcoming place for families, with the option to dine inside or outside. Pepper and Marcia, the friendly and attentive staff, provide excellent customer service, offering samples and recommendations to help customers choose the best ice cream flavors. The music may be a bit loud, but the ice cream and cone are delightful.
