Went there tonight 3 of them ordered the 40 bucket, crawfish were awful! The waiter told us, if for some reason you don’t want the sausage you can replace with shrimp or one crab cluster, got the bill they took off sausage and charged 14.50 extra! I ordered the shrimp tacos, no flavor at all, only good thing was the onion straws! 165.00 down the drain, left hungry! Learned our lesson never again! Also tried to order oysters, out of them
We came in with 10 people and split between 2 tables. 4 at one, 6 at another. I was apart of the 6. Our server hardly checked on us. They were busy but we waited THREE hours. The group of 4 was done and paid before we even got our food. I’ve been a server and I’ve worked at extremely busy restaurants. Three hours is unacceptable. So we politely explained it to the server and manager. The managers excuse was “we are busy” okay I run a business and I hand out free stuff...read full review
WOW, I don't know where even start on this. I was totally surprised, on the seafood that they offered in such a small town and the quality of the food. Pull up to this metal building, something that you would think person would have out in the country to repair cars at. You walk into a unique atmosphere. Quality this meal was just incredible the steak is something that you would find Chicago New York or LA. Seafood is surprisingly out there also. A great experience, definitely...read full review

Redbeard's Steak and Seafood offers a unique dining experience in a small town, making it a worthwhile destination outside of downtown Van Buren. The restaurant's seafood selection and quality of food, especially the steak, impress many diners, with one reviewer noting its comparability to meals found in major cities. The steak is cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, with options like the ribeye, which can be ordered "dirty" for extra flavor and spice. Customers have enjoyed dishes like the crab cakes and a seafood boil, both of which feature generous portions, including large shrimp. The appetizers are excellent, and the beer and cocktails provide a nice selection for guests. Service has improved recently, with a new waitress doing an exceptional job and staff showing appreciation for their coworkers' efforts. Although the restaurant can get busy, diners are seated quickly, and the service remains efficient. Overall, Redbeard's Steak and Seafood provides a memorable experience, especially with its good food and friendly service, though customers should keep in mind that prices are not cheap but fair.
