She told me that this is a family owned business, and she brings her son in with her, who happened to be sleeping in the back at the time. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of my questions. While I was there, another lady came in, and was greeted by name. I love that they get to have a business while raising their son, and they clearly love people and want to help them. Their products are all clean and so good for you, also delicious!
