“Went here after looking up local diners on google, as I try to support family style restaurants when I travel. Walked in and was greeted right away and told to sit where we wanted. Place was pretty full with locals all chatting across tables like a community of friends. I ordered a “three little piggies” omelette and my friend ordered the chicken fried steak. The meal was on our table in under 10 minutes even though the place was packed. My omelette was stuffed to overflowing with meats and the chicken fried steak was almost the size of the plate. My friend also ordered a cinnamon roll to go. When I say this thing was big, that is an understatement. It was the size of a large to go box. Friendly staff, homelike atmosphere, large portions, nicely priced and very tasty. Overall, a great place to eat! Stop by this place if you’re ever in Washington, MO!!!”

“On a one day notice they were so kind to accommodate our family of 15. Everyone and everything was perfect for my grandson’s 6th birthday celebration. Moe’s is definitely a favorite place for our family to go now. Thanks to each and everyone who helped make my party wonderful!! You all are truly amazing people and I highly recommend Moe’s😊”

“Great food and drinks, I would hands down recommend this place to everyone! I had the walleye with onion rings, it brought me back to my childhood in ND. It was so delicious tender and flakey, best onion rings, and so much food. I didn’t walk away hungry or feeling gross from the fried food, super light and crispy breading. The barrel aged manhattan was awesome!! 10 out of 10 would eat here again and make sure others come try it too!!!”

“We took a friend who wanted Mexican food out to dinner. None of us had been to this particular restaurant before. Based on the reviews, we chose this one—and we were not disappointed. Landon our server greeted us as we entered. He provided great service throughout the meal. The food was served quick and hot. (The veggie nachos were delicious!) The portions were quite filling, with some of us having to take some home. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. We were all very pleased and will definitely be back when in the area! Kudos!”

“I have had nothing but fun times at The Sand Bar. Especially the crazy event nights I have attended. Literally got to ride a mechanical bull for my first time. Also of course they had coyote ugly night and that was a blast. Nothing like being able to experience what you saw on a movie and for me a movie as a kid. To top it off every Friday night is karaoke and than let me not forget they have dart boards, beer pong, and other entertainment things to do. Definitely recommend and I promise you it will be a blast.”

“It's a great place to hang out or for an inexpensive date. The environment is very nostalgic. It's a retro gamers paradise. It's a bar that not only has darts and pool tables, but it also has old-school consoles and arcade games that you can PLAY FOR FREE!!!. Just the environment itself definitely makes it worth the visit. The drinks aren't too high in price, but when it comes to their food, you'd be better off going to a Dollar Tree to spend wayyy less for the same quality of food. In other words, you may wanna eat before you visit.”

“It’s always so difficult to find a baker for holiday pies that can SAFELY accommodate the allergies in our family (dairy, egg, and gluten) but Birdie’s knocked it out of the park! The pumpkin pie was exquisite and definitely didn’t suffer from lack of flavor like a lot of vegan and gluten free items can. We will definitely keep coming back!”

“We went there to eat, his breakfast was very good, I had a cheeseburger which was very good. I was disappointed that it comes on a piece of wax paper, no basket or plate. I guess they could only spare plates for breakfast?? Diner atmosphere. The service was quick, but it wasn't busy. The attitude was ok, not real friendly however. It was clean as well”

“A genuine country tavern with The best food in maybe even Missouri. The hamburgers are juicy with toasty buns (I dream about) but the killer was the ribeye plate. OMG! Seeing and eating is believing. cooked to perfection, was tender and really juicy. if anyone wants to go somewhere to enjoy the atmosphere, with the best food and owners this is the place.”

The staff were amazing and when I mentioned this was my first time here a lovely host named Diane showed me around the different rooms and all the rustic decor. My waitress was so nice and I tried her recommendation of the bread pudding and it was delicious! This is a great place to host parties or gatherings for events and I was informed there is no room rental fee for their large room where they can also set up a buffet for your guests.”

“The Washington, MO Starbucks is awesome! We visit often and are recognized and greeted when ever we enter the store. The staff is awesome: friendly, professional (it is hard work putting those challenging coffees in the hands of customers!), and it is a very well run store. It is major gathering place in Washington for coffee, goodies and a friendly place to hang out!! Love it!”
