“It’s always so difficult to find a baker for holiday pies that can SAFELY accommodate the allergies in our family (dairy, egg, and gluten) but Birdie’s knocked it out of the park! The pumpkin pie was exquisite and definitely didn’t suffer from lack of flavor like a lot of vegan and gluten free items can. We will definitely keep coming back!“
