“Decided to try this place after a friend recommended it and it was great! I did the hibachi and it was enough for two meals and one of the fried sushi rolls (forgot which one). It was warm and melty and super tasty. Will absolutely be back!“
“Our server was absolutely precious. She told us initially that she only spoke Spanish an asked if that was ok. We agreed. As fellow humans, we will get through this! My wife and I don't know much Spanish, but we had a wonderful experience with our very patient server, who met us in the middle, linguistically. The food was great and we truly enjoyed our dinner.“
“Was in town visiting a friend in the hospital. Ate a mid afternoon lunch here. It is a hole in the wall place but so glad we stopped. We had cheese dip with our chips. I got chicken fajitas. Husband got cheese enchiladas and a cheese quesadilla. Food was so good. Staff were attentive with keeping drinks full. “Tried this place on a whim. The margaritas were FANTASTIC. Fresh lime, very good! Chicken enchiladas can be tasteless, but these were seasoned so well and the crema was great! I judge a Mexican restaurant by their beans and rice and theirs are so good! Salsa is super fresh, not spicy. Chips are thin amd crispy. Great service from Andrea. Check them out!“

“Continuously more impressed each visit by the staff and food at El Venero! I have a large aversion to anything with beans in it and they are always so accommodating when I ask for no beans in my meal. The margaritas are spot on and absolutely delicious! All of the servers are great but a special shout out to Seven who is amazing! Can't wait to go back again. Would definitely recommend a stop here for anyone in the area!“
