Always good food and service, can be a little wait sometimes for food and wish there were more gluten free and soy free options(reason for 4 stars for food) but overall it’s nice to go, lots of overall options for vegan food. You won’t be disappointed.

They’re slowly growing and adding more options when it comes to food, drinks, their house made vegan ranch is good also which I believe they still sell by the bottle but you’ll have to confirm with them.

“I had lunch here with my friend and it was very, very good. I had the chicken shawarma and my friend had the beef shawarma. Both meals were delicious. I loved everything about this meal. The chicken was so tender and flavorful the beef had a nice little Char on it and tasted fantastic as well. The atmosphere felt more like a lunch type place with all tables and chairs no booths.“

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “Recently, I made a wrong turn on Manchester and pulled into a strip mall to turn around, ending up in front of this restaurant by happy accident. 😊 My daughter and I both love Middle Eastern food, so we decided to give it a try. We were unaware they were still 20 minutes from opening, but the owner graciously insisted on us staying and proceeded to make us a pot of cardamom tea while we waited for the grills to heat. He was so pleasant and attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic! One of the best dining experiences we've had in St. Louis in quite some time! Highly recommend!“

“It is a relaxed environment. Always fast courteous and friendly service. The only thing that I did not like the last time that I was there was the fact that I could not find a way on the get up and go paying system to change the amount that I had entered for the tip. It is possible that I missed it. I did look repeatedly and did not see a way to go back and change the amount of tip that I entered without totally backing out of the program and going back in. “I was never much of a fan of Indian food, but Flavors has changed my mind. I have enjoyed several dishes, and have enjoyed expanding my tastes. I stay with Mostly chicken as I'm not a big fan of Lamb. but also have enjoyed several of the vegetable dishes, and always order enough to take some home for the next day...honestly after 24 hours in the fridge the flavors meld and I find it very enjoyable. While the decor is pretty plain (what indian or asian restaurant isn't?) it is very clean and the servers have always been prompt polite and accommodating. Last but certainly important is there are a lot of customers of Indian descent. Go try it and enjoy expanding your tastes.“

There are better breakfast places out there. That said, FW is a solid participant in the sit-down breakfast/brunch market and does make pretty consistent food across all of their locations that I've visited with this one being no exception.

Had breakfast with the kid the other day. She ordered the Eggs Benedict which showed up on ciabatta instead of English muffins. I had the fruit crepes with yogurt and granola which are no longer on the menu but can be whipped-up if you ask nicely. I asked nicely as I appreciate the illusion of eating healthily.

For some reason, the food auction followed by the drop & run has become incredibly popular in restaurants like FW these days. Personally, I would prefer that my server deliver our food and pause for a minute to see if there's anything missing or if we have any requests.“
