“I was never much of a fan of Indian food, but Flavors has changed my mind. I have enjoyed several dishes, and have enjoyed expanding my tastes. I stay with Mostly chicken as I'm not a big fan of Lamb. but also have enjoyed several of the vegetable dishes, and always order enough to take some home for the next day...honestly after 24 hours in the fridge the flavors meld and I find it very enjoyable. While the decor is pretty plain (what indian or asian restaurant isn't?) it is very clean and the servers have always been prompt polite and accommodating. Last but certainly important is there are a lot of customers of Indian descent. Go try it and enjoy expanding your tastes.“

“My husband and I stopped in Saturday night. We are new to the area and someone referred us to check it out. We sat at the bar and the bartender's name was Ashley! She was so nice, gave us her favorites and recommendations. I tried the Elderberry Martini which was delish! My husband had the smoked Old Fashion. I love the great variety of the menu. And they offer a Gluten free menu. I wanted to try everything. We landed on the firecracker cauliflower appetizer which was amazing. For dinner we had the Cajun pasta and the Fish and chips. We will definitely be back for the great Happy Hour they offer during the week that Ashley went over with us too.“

Fantastic service, the food was absolutely delicious I was so surprised it was like a traditional restaurant but had such a wide selection when I only came for the pizza didn't know they had so much else. “When I was traveling through St Louis, a friend introduced me to this place. The frozen custard is amazing and dare I say heavenly. So soft and creamy. It was a true treat. I love discovering and finding out about those wonderful neighborhood gems. I also liked that they had bench seats along one side of the parking lot underneath the trees for people to sit and contemplate the wonderfulness of life and Ted Dewes custard helps to get you into that space.“

They also have gluten free imitation crab that is impossible to find anywhere else. The large burrito roll is enough for dinner and lunch the next day, so great value as well!“

I loved being able to do the four course meal with some of the specials. It was wonderful to see the dining room full in this well-established restaurant in the heart of Clayton. When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. “I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“We had a party of 6 on Saturday night. Great service. Outstanding food had by everyone. A few in the party ordered the Lasagna after they were out of Ossobuco. They loved the Lasagna, the Chicken Risotto was one of the best I ever had, although I modified it by adding mushrooms. We did start out with appetizers and the Roasted Wild Mushroom app and Toasted Ravoli were incredible. Highly recommend this place.“

We were unaware they were still 20 minutes from opening, but the owner graciously insisted on us staying and proceeded to make us a pot of cardamom tea while we waited for the grills to heat. “It is a relaxed environment. Always fast courteous and friendly service. The only thing that I did not like the last time that I was there was the fact that I could not find a way on the get up and go paying system to change the amount that I had entered for the tip. It is possible that I missed it. I did look repeatedly and did not see a way to go back and change the amount of tip that I entered without totally backing out of the program and going back in. I just figured a dollar was not worth the stress. All I wanted to do was add $1.00 to the tip amount. Oh well.“

I couldn't wait to get to this place. 5 Star Burgers - Clayton Last time i had the Bison burger and it has been in my memory ever since. I understand this location also won the best burger award last month. Think they might be in line for another one. Today i got the 5 Star Burger, Fries N Shake. They put a toasted marshmallow in the shake. I never had a toasted marshmallow before so that was a very nice addition and gave them some points on the wow factor. The burger is presented as what i would call a craft burger. The fries we salted nice and came straight out of the grease to my table. I do wish there was more shake but i find any reason to take points off for that. Liz was so wonderful, customer service was above and beyond!!!! Cant wait to get back here...
