“Love going to Wright Way Diner for breakfast on the weekend or a rainday! The food is great and fast! Katie is usually our server, yet it seems they all work as a team in there to ensure they provide the best experience for their customers.“

“We were recommended by a local as we were camping near by. Yes it is a bar but it is kid friendly till 9pm. Multiple TVs, video slot machines, golden tee, buck hunter, touch tunes jukebox which is posted no R rated music until 9pm to help make it family friendly....which I respect that having my 9yr old with us. Also smoke free. Service was great. She was quick to take our order and suggested some of her favorites which kind of helps if you are torn on what to order between(lots to choose from) Food was delicious. They have some fun options, my wife had dessert as an appetizer(lol). Funnel cake fries with powdered sugar with cinnamon dipping sauce(very tasty). I had the poor mofo wrap which was awesome. Son had the pretzel bites appetizer and a couple tacos and he is very picky about his tacos which he said they were good. We will return the next time we are out here. We had 3 sodas, 2 apps and our dinners and our bill was $41.“

“We ended up here for a date while in the area and were pleasantly surprised. To start with, the chocolate martini I had (made by Candy) was THE BEST I've had in the entire StL metro area. It was the perfect mix of chocolate and liquor.The salads we got with dinner were also wonderful. They were huge, filled with mixed greens and other toppings, and so much better than other places where you get iceberg lettuce and maybe 2 croutons. The quality and attention to detail were really noticeable here.The steak my husband had could have been been a better ribeye, and my baked ziti was better than mediocre, but we will definitely be back. The menu has a perfect mix to suit my picky family....and I'll definitely be back for the chocolate martini!“

“I had the fried chicken and it was very very good when recommended to anybody. I'd like to look at the menu to see if they had codfish there because I do like cod and I'm not sure if they do or not but if they did, I would go back for that?“

“I was there tonight for the Mizzou-Ohio Cotton Bowl game. It was crazy busy, but the staff held it together. They were taking orders and getting orders out without any frustration . The food was perfect, the drinks were perfectly made. This was our third time being there, and each time was better than the last.“

“This is a cozy place to go if you're in the mood for a sit down restaurant with a good menu and atmosphere. I wouldn't say this place has more deals than Chili's, but the menu is more diverse. I go here almost monthly because I enjoy eating here.“

“I have been here quite a few times, when it's busy and slow. Each time the service was great and the drinks were even better. Cassie did a great job mixing drinks and getting them out. I had a really great experience here and recommend that everyone try it at least once. But just to warn you once you go there you'll keep going back!!!“

“Dorian was our server and we had a group of 15 people and none of us ran out of our drinks. Each person ordered 20 wing and he did not confuse any of our orders. It was the best service I think I’ve received at any place. Dorian did an amazing job and didn’t complain once about how complicated our orders were and provided us amazing service.“

The fare is mostly comfort food and they don't seem to keep trying to up sell.We plan to start stopping at more Waffle House diners; especially because our disillusionment with Cracker Barrel's more corporate feel and less basic food.“

“Stopped in with a friend to grab a burger, we thought it was more of a bar & grill but it's pretty much just a bar. They do have some food and it was good! Bartender was super friendly, there's a couple pool tables, jukebox, video poker, think I saw a dart board, typical bar stuff! They don't take plastic, but there's an ATM by the jukebox ?“

“We stopped by Denny's for a snack. I had their new stuffed french toast. It was amazing!. I cannot suggest it enough. I enjoyed that our hot food was hot, our shakes were ice cold, and everything tasted delicious. My friend loved the new ice coffee, and I was amazed at how good their decaf was. Which is a rarity when you eat out! The staff was friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, and well lite. We will be back.Try the stuffed french toast, and their new waffle you will LOVE IT!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly atmosphere.“

“Had salmon, and it was excellent. Abbie was exceptional as our server she stopped by every 20-25 minutes to ensure my friend and I were doing well. It was a little noisy, which made a little difficult to converse, but I guess that is to be expected on a Friday night. Although we were there previously on a Friday night but sat on the opposite side and conversation was easier.“

“The Sunday buffet had some very nice choices. Although our own fault, we came in after work about an hour before the buffet was supposed to close. Therefore, the food was dried out and not much left. But it was still okay. We both still had plenty of delicious food to eat. Next time, if our store is slow for the day, maybe we'll close early enough to get there in time for fresher food.We sat at the bar. The bartender, Cody, I think, was very personable and pours a good drink. He's a very nice young man. I recommend going in to visit him any time.My husband asked him where the desert was that he previously mentioned. He said he didn't know and went back to the kitchen to speak with the chef and find out. A few minutes later, the chef delivered 2 of the biggest pieces of lemon cake I have ever seen in my life to us.Normally, I am not a big fan of Lemon anything, especially cake. But one bite into this thing, and I could NOT stop!!! OMG! That was the best thing to have hit MY taste buds in MANY years!!!Although this place is located within a private golf course/subdivision, the Clubhouse Bar & Grill is open to the public. They also offer outdoor seating on a beautiful huge deck outside in the back overlooking the beautiful golf course when the weather is appropriate. The patio and the main level attire are casual in the warmer months; shorts, T-shirts, shoes, and flip flops are okay.When we were there, they had just finished their pre- grand opening of the upper level. We did not get to see that. We were told it is staged in old vintage style furniture with a completely different atmosphere.We plan to make it back someday very soon to get the entire experience of this unique little secret place strategically stashed away in the foothills of our precious, beautifully, landscapped by God, State of Missouri.It really is quite amazing!“
