“Put a mobile order in as we were pulling into the parking lot. there were about 10 cars in front of us. took right at a hour to get or food which was 2 happy meals. the drive thru kid just sat there playing on his phone. we waited over 10 minutes at the pick up window alone and the kid comes up and asked what we ordered. we told him and he came back saying that they were waiting on fries. we finally got the 2 happy meals and all the food was cold. I called him back over and asked him about the fries being cold seeing that we were waiting on the fries. he said that they actually had enough to complete the order. I asked to speak to a manager and she blew me off. no excuse for this.“

“Ordered online. Order was ready when I got there. Food was fresh and good. I have had bad experiences in the past so I won't give them 5 stars and the app never updated when it was done. A small notation and a good experience to assure me I could return again after the past experiences.“

“Really cool atmosphere they have going on here, but I’ve got to give the height of my experience to Chase. We went on a Saturday morning and from the moment we walked in the door he greeted us along with every other customer. He worked well with his peers and was persistent in keeping the dinning room clean. He had a really positive attitude and you could tell he cared about his job. Give this man a raise!“

“The cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurant I have probably ever been to. Traveling across country from out out of state and just happened to stop by for a rest break and ice cream. Made it a point to stop on the way back home. Did not disappoint! Kudos to all the young people working in the store !“

“1st time eating at Penn Station and it DID NOT disappoint! I forget which wrap I got, but it was DELICIOUS & their lemonade is AWESOME, plus the French Fries BEAT ANY FRIES from ANY WHERE ELSE (but you MUST use the malt vinegar with them 😜).“

“Fries were the best we had eaten in a long time! BUT, my daughter ordered a happy meal with only catsup and got a burger with everything but catsup! She was not happy, but we had already left so she had to eat what she got unfortunately! Check your order before you leave!“

“We stopped in and went through the drive-thru to grab a couple of burgers. The staff was friendly and efficient and we had our food quickly. The burgers were tasty and made just right. We would definitely go back.
