“We came through the drive-thru and I was happy. Why? The cashier did an excellent job taking our order and the food was ready when we pulled up. You can hear the excitement in her voice when she took the order. I give it a A+ customer service. The food was hot n ready!! Yesssss!!! Thank you!! Now that’s what I call service.“

“Pulled up to drive thru this morning on Alabama Street and was greeted by a young man named Byron Brooks! For the first time in a very long time I could understand the person who took my order. This young man was friendly, courteous, worked with speed, excellent example of a great employee...he is worthy of praise. I told him to never change! Very refreshing, excellent food and service with a smile...he deserves praise from Hardee’s top people. If for some reason you have not been to this location...try it. Go Byron, wish you much success with Hardee’s or wherever you go!“

“This unassuming joint has some outstanding burgers that you just gotta try! It's a small one-man operation, so please be patient, and know that the grub is worth waiting for.
Parking: Parking is limited to 5 or so spots lined up under the awning“

“My kids absolutely love coming to this one. To have a local chic fil a that still has a playplace and even does trivia, I love the community aspect this establishment gives. However, I did find stinkbugs on the ground one time. My kids even played with it afterward.“

“we got a meatball sub and my husband said it was good. I got an Italian sub and it was not good at all, the Italian dressing that was put on it was too sweet. also a little pricey.“
“Ok, so we are staying in Columbus on a job from outta state. 1-22-22 My husband and I decided to look for BBQ. I was disappointed that you could not go inside because of their fear of covid, but, I was able to order and they brought it outside to me. I ordered a half rack of ribs, 1 pound of Brisket, and 1 pulled pork plate with potato salad and baked beans. Back home (South LA) we have a BBQ/Smokehouse we eat from and the brisket is the BEST Ive found so far! But... Glenns ribs are by FAR the BEST Ive had from a restaurant! The taste, the tenderness & I really like the bbq sauce! The brisket was ok. But like I said, once you taste one thats way better ...well... it is, what it is. I am not trying to sound rude or mean, just always love being honest. Someone else may think his is the BEST brisket and thats great! I hope they do! Brisket was $20. bucks a pound. I bought a pound plus a half of rack of ribs. (Ribs were $25. a slab) Now, the pulled pork? Excellent! Very well cooked & even better with the sauce! The baked beans... were the absolute BEST! I wished I had more! The potato salad, was really good too! All around, I give this place a 5 STAR and recommend them to anyone to try at least once! We will order again before we head back home, Im sure. Thank You Glenns BBQ! GREAT JOB! Great service! Very fast & VERY friendly workers!“

“Service was fast. Food was tasty, but a bit more expensive than anticipated.
We should have looked over the menu more and ordered from "the value items."
Restaurant was not very busy, but several tables were not wiped down.
Parking: Plenty of parking for the size of the business.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible areas to the building, but I saw NO AUTOMATIC doors.“

“Last Saturday we wanted to feed our traveling baseball team. After a long day a the park it was great to be able to order from one place and get a variety of food that was delivered quickly. I love Pizza Hut's pizza, but I haven't had their wings and didn't realize that what I was missing out on. Thanks for great food and service and we will be back.“

“Nice folks, HUGE and clean with a good product selection on the shelves. Burgers are quite good. Hot, fresh, tender biscuit and gravy.The bacon, egg, and cheese was...meh. Biscuit was dry and crumbly with little flavor, below even fast food standards.“

“The young boy and girl working Dec 18 at 11:28pm. Were by far the best customer service I have ever received from Taco bell on 82. Usually customer service is bad that time of night. To the manager they were delightful and helpful. Thanks you two!“

“I do recommend this particular location but don't go on Saturday because your meat will be dry and don't order the kids meal because we've gotten the exact same piece of cardboard they call a playset for 4 weeks in a row.“

“It was a little slow because they're drive-thru was full but they came took a order and everything was ready within 5 minutes.
Vegetarian options: They've always had a lot of vegetarian options and you can substitute what originally comes in a lot of the items to black beans or potatoes.“

“I debated about posting this but I had to let ppl know before they get tricked like I did. At 633am on 2/14 online, I ordered pizzas for Little People with Sharp Minds Childcare Learning Center we had a Valentine's Ball/Contest for our children today. I scheduled delivery for 11 am...I know that things happen, especially since it's Valentine's Day so we waited patiently. As time went on..still no pizza..so I decided to call to see how long it would be....and got the response from a guy on the other end saying that THEY NEVER GOT THE ORDER 🤦🏿♀️This has never happened so I was like well what can I do...the children are ready to eat it's 12 pm now.while he's still saying he never got the order, i CK my email....it was cancelled at 11:27! I had no clue...I was really upset about it...he wasn't helping...he sounded totally not interested but offered to make the pizzas...but of course you know that would be another hour or 45 minutes...I said no because I honestly felt like he was not truthful... Come to find out my gut feel was probably correct...one of my parents told me that she use to work at Papa John's....she said if it's only two ppl working that they will deliberately CANCEL ORDERS then pretend like they never got it..WOW...WELL no more Papa John pre-orders for me....my children didn't eat til after 1pm today. DOMINO'S saved us.....be careful with these orders made early from Papa John's especially if they cancelling big orders..“

“I came all the way from Syracuse New York to get me some fried okra. The fried okra taste great. The restaurant was very clean. The customer service was not nice at all.. The two ladies that work the front end of the restaurant. They are very mean they are not friendly at all. I don't think they like working at the restaurant“

“Today, I went to captain d’s on Alabama st Columbus ms and I am very pleased. From the employees to the food was exceptionally good. The restaurant was very clean. I was greeted with smiles and warm personalities. The food was fresh, hot and good😋 I will be coming back to Alabama St, captian d’s instead of going to hwy 45!!!!!! Please keep this crew👍🏾 HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE😊“

“Not only were the five pizzas I ordered hot, delicious, and ready within 15 minutes, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly. The customer before me knew the employee and was experiencing a personal issue. When the customer left, the employee said he would be praying for him. Whether they knew each other or not, that was an excellent show of the employee's values and made me smile. The employee then greeted me cheerfully with a smile on his face as if he were happy to see me. This was my first time picking up an order from this store; therefore, he had no idea who I was. His outward expression shows insight into his character and is a display of modeling appropriate behaviors for staff and customers. I will definitely return to this store for all future purchases.“

“Nice and friendly staff clean location. This particular subway seems to be always a little fresher tasting compared to other locations not that the other locations are just as good not saying that they aren't by any means but just an observation plus this Subway is opened 24 hours. Grab something to eat anytime you feel the urge too. Remember when all subways were open 24 hours a day?“
