Too many people like to blame a waitress for restaurant issues…..I saw many people that were mad at her, when she was literally having to prepare food herself!”

“I didn't visit the deli like my phone thinks I did. I went to pick up a few items . Saturday morning is not a good time to visit this particular store but when is ? This is a very busy store all the time. Despite this I was able to get my things and get out pretty quickly. Kroger had very good quality produce and meats. Their prices are about what you expect. They seem to have about everything you could possibly need. I give it four stars. I also would recommend to a friend.”

“my husband and I have been there numerous times with our child and friends/family, trying something different each time, and we have yet to eat something less than stellar. From the bento boxes, sushi rolls, sashimi, to hibachi you can't go wrong. Not only is the food excellent and the sushi the freshest I've ever tasted from anywhere, but the staff are so friendly and kind! each time we have been, they have brought our hungry toddler her food first and asap(this is a huge deal and very rare for restaurants to do)! they are forever our top favorite!!”

“Been meaning to try this place for a long time now and finally did today. Im so glad we did, the food was amazing! Much more authentic than alot of other Thai places we’ve tried. Everything we tried was great. Can not wait to go back and try some other stuff, everything sounded so good it was hard to make a choice. Now beware if ur nota big fan of spicey make sure u go mild or medium, I LOVE super spicey and almost go the Lao hot level, the waitress was surprised and said ARE YOU SURE?! Haha so i decided to take it down a level to Thai hot. Im glad i did because even the thai hot was spicier than any other thai places ive tried. And she said that Lao hot is at least 2xs hotter 🥵🔥 i cant even imagine how hot that woulda been. Thai hot was plenty spicey for even me. It’s a litter pricey but in my opinion it is well worth it with hoe great the food was. Definitely will be going back, may just be my new favorite!”

“Truly exceptional service—absolutely above and beyond! I came in and ordered a burger and fries, and being a bit of a picky eater, I had some specific requests. They were incredibly accommodating without hesitation. I asked if bacon could be added to my burger, even though I didn’t see it on the menu. Without missing a beat, the woman helping me said it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The food took a little time, but I wasn’t in a rush—and with burgers that big and fresh, I expected they’d take a bit longer to prepare. She brought out my fiancé’s meal first and kindly apologized for the delay, explaining that she was waiting on someone to return… with the bacon. That’s when I realized—they had literally sent a worker out to buy bacon just for my order. Talk about going the extra mile! This level of dedication and care is rare. Amazing food, even better service. I’ll absolutely be back!”

“I've searched high and low for a keto/diabetic-friendly place to get cold drinks completely sugar-free. I finally hit the jackpot. My favorite go-to is a collagen base with added flavoring of strawberry, orange and pineapple sweetened only with stevia, plus sugar-free boba!!! It's so good, I can't get enough. The owner was happy to accommodate me, helping me customize my drinks, keeping them true to my very strict dietary guidelines. The employees are cheerful and polite. It's a cute shop with some seating available for those who like to cafe chat and relax.”

“If you’ve ever had a kid with a food allergy (or had one yourself), you understand how hard it is to eat at a restaurant and find food that 1) is safe and 2) they will eat. Most places with gluten free food don’t understand the importance of cross contamination or they just have foods that are not extremely appealing sounding or toddler friendly. We try our very hardest to make sure our toddler feels normal even though he may not understand yet, but sometimes it’s hard at a restaurant when you have to ask questions, talk to managers and cooks and waitresses about the allergen preparation process, and call ahead or google menus to find safe foods or bring food with us. Today, we ate at Burgers Blues Barbecue - Brandon and were able to get gluten free French fries AND a gluten free hamburger WITH a bun!! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and the corporate chef happened to be there and heard us talking to the staff, and he even talked with me at length about the allergen process in restaurants, how he knows it can be tough as a parent of a child with allergies, and how it can be hard to find gluten free food at restaurants. It was such an amazing experience, and we cannot recommend them enough! He said all of their locations are that educated and knowledgeable about the gluten free process, and we were so excited for our boy to feel normal and be able to have food that looks just like everybody else’s. We cannot recommend it enough 💖”

They are easily accessible, prompt, and the staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s not that fake “I have to be friendly because it’s my job”, they give off that genuine friendly energy that you don’t find in most places! They open earlier than any of the other tea shops in town and that is so convenient for those of us that have to be at work a little earlier than others! “Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.”

“Our server Villi was absolutely amazing! The empanadas or crawfish were delicious and the fried catfish. However, I had a burger and the bread broke within the first bite. I ended up utilizing utensils. Besides that everything was great, including their old fashioned . Thanks for having severs who are attentive and kind.”
