“Three 2nd time in as many days the men's room don't have soap. I told the employees yesterday and they did bring out the hand sanitizer for us. No excuse for no soap the second day Ina roll.“

Everytime I visit this location, I am always greeted with smiles and/or great attitudes, food is made correctly the first time, and is to my satisfaction… Every-time…. Thanks guys“

“There's nothing like a Krystal!!!! My husband and I have to travel a lot for his job, so sometimes we go for a year and a half without being near one. So when we get to go home or anywhere that has a Krystal...it's the 1st place we stop!! We stopped in Mississippi and grabbed a sack full of Cheese Krystals on our way to Baton Rouge. YUMMY ?“

“Today was our introduction to Jamie’s ! We are handicapped depend on delivery most of the time…this was absolutely delicious! My country fried steak melted in my mouth, my husband was very pleased with his catfish and shrimp plate…our sides and salads were good. “This is the best place in Jackson for a great home style hamburger. It is consistently good. The burgers are big and cooked just right. The price was better than expected. It is my go to for burgers. They also have a variety of local menu favorites like turkey necks, fries fish, chicken, and Kool-aid. You can also enjoy a game of pool while u wait. I recommend ordering ahead. They give u a call when ur order is ready, to avoid having to get there and wait. The only issues are parking and location. The parking is very limited and kind of difficult to get to. No designating parking spots. It's also not well lit.“

“I ordered a steak burger combo, got my ticket sat down to wait for my order. Shortly after, my number was called. I was shocked that it went so quickly. And when I say it was hot and delicious, especially the fries were hot and tasty. Went to the condiments
station, and it was fully stocked. I took some fry seasoning, which I didn't know they served, and it was delicious. I got to say this was my second time visiting this location, and the food was on point as well as the customer service. I was impressed, and I will continue to visit this establishment“

“It was good. The service was excellent! I tried it for the first time in Arizona and enjoyed it. But this tasted different and the menu seemed different too. Not sure if I had a limited time burger. But I also had it with curly fries, and I didn't see that on the menu here. All in all, I enjoyed it, aside of my expectations.“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

“Everything was PERFECT! My husband and I are visiting Mississippi from Houston, Texas and we always have to make a stop at Cook Out. This was the best experience I’ve had at any location. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and fast! It was so impressive to see how everyone worked together and communicated with each other to push all the orders out. This location has a really good team, and every single person that helped me with my order was super nice. The food was incredible. I absolutely love Cook Out but this location in particular was a HIT! I can’t wait to come back. To the manager, you have some really good people here. Great place to take the family on nights you don't feel like cooking!! And they have some of the best orange juice and tasty breakfast choices!! Last but not least, don't forget to TIP!!
